Yeah, I've personally found iTunes Store support very good in my experience :)

Maybe they have Linux? or they wish they had the iTunes Store in their country? Movies aren't in every store sadly. I know of some stores that, because of studio licensing, only have apps in them - it's crazy. But yeah same here, I love iTunes. I never have any problems with it (Be it Mac or Windows) and it can actually do so much for what started off as a simple ripping-and-playing tool.

EDIT: I just checked her 'location' and it said Australia, their store definitely has movies and Bad 25 :p
 
At this point, iTunes is pretty much in every country. It just kinda baffled me that someone says "i wish i had itunes" as if it's this unobtainable thing :D

iTunes store might be there but all the stuff is not necessarily available everywhere. Take my case (India), Bad 25 is not listed. Still I purchased from the US store as I also have an account there.

I finally got to watch the full documentary last weekend with my MJ pepsi cans. It was great. I felt that not much info was provided on the Bad tour though.

Vogel mentioned that Thriller sold 35 million albums in the USA. Then why is it only 29 X platinum???
 
I bought and downloading Bad 25. I can't wait to watch it thru iTunes.
 
I've ordered BAD 25 - Deluxe Collectors Edition and the Bad 25 Documentary on DVD and Blu Ray on October 27.
Not arrived yet here in Germany!!!
I'm so disappointed and angry.
Just Visiting the Site still says:
In Stock, ships within 1-2 business days.
For sure it takes longer to arrive in Germany.
But more than a month????
After buying my Order Information goes:
Backordered - No ship date available.
Last week i wrote them an e-mail asking them to give me an information about when my Order will arrive.
After 7 days i still got no answer to a normal Question.
Why they didn't just put those things in Regular Shops or at least to amazon???
 
my BAD25 Blu-Ray finally came yesterday, i loved seeing new film transfer of Gregg Phillingaines speaking before the July 14th 1988 wembley show started, always nice to see new HD footage. my research has shown me that July 14th & 23rd 1988 are the two shows Warren Eagles worked on for Patrick Kelley, hope they are showcased in the future.. until then, nice to know they exist at least now. The BAD short film footage was crystal clear! no grain or anything, just a few film scratches which i loved, wouldn't have been the same without them if i'm completely honest. i fainted during apom 88' new edit, and the 5.1 uncompressed audio put an echo on Michael's microphone which i think was really cool. :)

I tried to buy the bluray of Bad25 at the MJ store in the Mandalay Bay hotel/casino in Vegas (where MJOne is) and they only had the DVD version.. The guy said they've never had the bluray version in store and he didn't know if they ever would..

Once the show was over tho and half the audience went into the MJ store, I saw so many grabbing bluray and DVD copies of This Is It.. So that's definitely a best seller there..

As far as I know, there's only four places you can buy it.
1. MichaelJackson.com
2. The iTunes Store
3. Amazon Instant Video
4. The MJ Store at the MJ ONE Cirque du Soleil thing in Las Vegas (DVD only, according to above posts).

Have the estate ever given a reason why it wasnt given a proper release.its ridiculous and amaturish beyond belief.

I wouldnt call it amaetur or ridiculous. They must have had good cause for doing so. My take is, I think they didn't have that good of profit margin with BAD25. They expected higher sale and response from the fans. It didn't do that well in the stores either. Many stores didn't even order but a few for stock.They did better with their direct online sales. They couldn't depend on the stores or the fans to do any better for the Documentary so they cut the middleman and sold direct .A sound business decision. It has to be something on that order Something to do with profit. Plus the Documentary is selling very well.

Hey Chris :) While the Estate is also behind MichaelJackson.com It has always been run by Sony. Sony is the one selling the products.

I think they have the distribution under control now. They were waiting for Back orders and have it in stock now. When you place an order it should you the aprox arrival date before you finalize. Plus you can even contact customer service and they are good at replying. They always have been for me. Try it to see if you get a shipping or arrival date. You can always cancel and your order isn't even charged to your card until the item is shipped. You have nothing to lose. You could have had it by now :) Go for it

I checked bluray it depend on what country 3- 10 days USA and 8- 18 days over seas.

That had to do with the horrible distribution and poor/unfocused promotion as well. They cannot blame it all on fans. BTW, I saw a chart which said that Bad 25 was the third biggest selling product of Sony Music in that quarter (Pink's latest album was Nr 1 IIRC), so it wasn't THAT bad after all.

The whole thing with this documentary was amateurish IMO. It should have been a part of the campaign for Bad 25, but it came too late. Things like that was a huge part of the reason why this whole Bad 25 campaign failed. And yes, that's amateurish because it could have been done a lot better. It's easy to blame fans for the poor response, but fact is the whole campaign for Bad 25 was all over the place and that includes how this documentary was used (or rather unused) for this campaign.

ETA: Also I do not believe it was not worth distributing it at least through Amazon. There are documentaries about lot more obscure artists and it's still worth to have those on Amazon. How come it isn't worth when it comes to MJ? Maybe Sony is trying to score extra profit on MJ but if they set unrealistic goals that's their fault. All I know is that lot more obscure artists have better distributed stuff.

Respect77 has some very good and valid points.
When details of the BAD25 campaign were being released it seemed like a great idea but it was awful in reality.
The Pepsi campaign was so ineffective that MJ fans couldn't find a can even if they searched many many stores, so no doubt it didn't get the public's attention sufficiently to drive album sales.
The Pitbull single was widely panned and the remixes by Afrojack etc were dropped from the capaign.
The BAD25 documentary was released far too late to help the abum sales.
It was a wasted opportunity.
Now the BAD25 documentary is only available from a very limited number of outlets and so will sell to fans only. It is not bein promoted.
Amazon is full of DVD and BluRay products that appeal to smaller fanbases than MJ's yet they continue to be stocked. The MJ Estate and Sony have chose to limit the supply of the documentary for a reason but I'm not sure what it is. Maybe it's correct that they're trying to score extra profit by selling it directly, but by doing that they are limiting their sales base massively(!) which must have a negative impact on sales/profit IMO
