Just stop it we've had enough and to set the record straight....I ADORE MICHAEL MORE THAN ANYTHING AND I WILL WAIT TILL THE END OF TIME IF I HAVE TO I'M PROUD OF HIM AS A PERSON AND AN ARTIST AND I WANT HIM TO KEEP SMILING THAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME, HIS HAPPINESS!!!

I'm saying you seem to be aggravated over a situation that none of us have any control over, my suggestion is you can find another entertainer that is currently up to your standards rather than go on and on about one that isn't, that's not too hard to get right?

I see you're one of those people who needs to master the art of sarcasm to fully understand it. :S

When did I say Michael isn't up to my standards?
I'm simply frustrated by recent events, that's all. I will always have time for Michael.

Any fan who says that they don't get frustrated at him from time to time is a damn liar.

Man are people still arguing about this get over it :lol: sure i wanted him to go but he didn't so i aint causin arguments about it am i? no so i don't see what the big fuss is about , Michael will surprise us all when the time is right.

Well that begs the question of why are you still a fan? If you feel that you have been more than patient with Michael Jackson because he hasn't released a product in over 7 years, then why bother with him?

Now I know that peeps are pissed off about the Grammys last night and so I'm I. Personally speaking, I think there is a lot of finger pointing that can go around.

But with respect to Michael's career, it peaked during the Thriller-Bad-Dangerous years. That's a fact. This man has been in the business for over 40 years, 25 of them performing virtually non-stop. The last 15 years of his career has been consumed with the stigma of being tagged as a sideshow (and that's putting it nicely) and child predator, both charges that he still struggles to overcome.

Yet you wonder why he isn't serving your demands for appearances, concerts and records.

I suspect that MJ's future is pretty much up to MJ. But one has to be in denial not to at least recognize that the man's priorities has changed. Because despite assertions by those who are NOT in the know that MJ is broke, going broke, etc., he and future generations of his children will live quite comfortably.

So I suspect that what MJ does for his career from here on out will be pretty much on his timetable.

You can either accept it or move on.

Because complaining about it won't change a thing.

The trial was over with in 2005....it's now 2008. That's about 2 and a half years since his aquital.

That's ample time for Michael to get healthy again and put something out for the fans.
..and we keep hearing how he "Never stopped" making music. If so then surely something would have been out before now.

Lord, if Madonna and Prince can put a new album and tour out ever 2-3 years, I'm sure Michael can.

But they, just like you, should be prepared to defend it.

We can have spirited discussions, nothing wrong with it, as long as people don't resort to personal attacks.

Why would someone expect MJ to do things on there own watch?? It's Michael Jackson doing the work, so why get mad and expect things to come out of thin air?? I have said this over and over again..

Michael is working on a NEW album, he is trying to keep his public appearances at a minimal. (he ALWAYS does this before an album). He goes away, getting people saying. "Where is he?" He sends out little messages here and there, giving them a big tease.. Getting people talking more... keep em' waiting, keep waiting, wait, wait.. BAM

and he comes back...

I know I'm not the only one that has notice the pattern.. Thriller 25 is a promotional tool, to get his music out to a younger generation.. Akon, Fergie, Kanye West, Will.i.am fans will get the album because THEY are on it, and they will be introduced to Michael Jackson that way.. From that, he will release his NEW FULL album..

Watch as what I say unfolds.
 
There's an article/interview about the two norwegian writers who are calling themselfs stargate in an norwegian paper, and Michael was mentioned.

They've written hits like 'Irreplaceble', 'So sick', 'Unfaithful' and 'please don't stop the music'.They've also worked with Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey etc.

Absolutely KOPV, and for people to start jumping off dang hinges saying "He wants to retire etc..." is absolutely ridiculous, all because he didn't appear at one award show that was supposed to pay tribute to an album that's 25 years old!? Come On now people, Michael himself said "there is much more to come from Michael Jackson!"

And KOPV, is Completely right, He always does this when he's getting ready to release an album, he's done this ever since Thriller! So Chill Out!
 
There is a really nice programme on BBC 2 about the orogons of the Jackson 5. Much of the stry centres around MJ. It is being placed in Jackson family but fans may miss out on it if they are not wanting to go to family area,I hope it is alright to mention it in the news area, it is a very good prpgramme and cool interviews,

We always have fans who talk rubbish about being MJ's REAL fans! how can you say that, anyone can be a fan if they want to be! Its a fact that people are getting tired of MJ not performing or pulling out of stuff everytime an oppurtunity is present. Don't give the trial excuse coz thats done an over with....all he's doing recently is being recognised as a has been by accepting awards for his previous work regarding Thriller ONLY.

A performer/Musician has a responsibility and thats to keep the people who pay his bills happy. Those people are the FANS. Michael hasn't frankly done anything recently (Yeah Thriller 25...with crappy remixes).... So please respect other people's thoughts when they raise concern about MJ's ability to create music.

PS - Michael always has this phrase "You ain't seen nothing yet" or "This is not the end for Michael Jackson" well...we've waited long enough, however maybe we are actually seeing nothing because there is nothing.

I disagree with you.. Michael don't own you damn thing.. you have a choice where to spend your entertainment dollars...if you spend it on MJ and you are not happy ..............move on..
