UPDATE 1:41 PM -- The case been assigned to Judge Pastor's courtroom so all the parties are headed there. It is unclear whether or not cameras will be allowed inside that courtroom.

UPDATE 1:39 PM -- The case has been called.

We don't know. Each judge has their own rules about cameras. If Pastor doesn't want them in they won't be in leading to a very pissed off media.

Playing with the media? taking the media to the 9th floor for that hearing date and take them all again down with their cameras and stuff for the real court hearing?

guys they have just determined the trial judge - it would be michael pastor.
from now on all the decisions will be made by him.
and currently they are going to his courtroom.

I am very upset. he is really getting special treatment. I hate it. I don't understand how any of this could be happening to Michael :(
