Now we have to wait until June 14th? This is BS. I hate that this is taking so long. Throw Murray in jail, and get it over with.

Even so, it should still be revoked to:
1. send a clear message to the other so-called Drs out there who are engaging in unethical prescribing and
2. hopefully trigger a domino effect making his license to practice more untenable in Nevada and Texas

At least we know there is a hearing and it was not dismissed. That would be even more awful

no the prelim is to see if there is enough evidence to go to trial.

What kind of Judge is that if he postpones the issue of ruling of Murray's medical license? I mean, he should just NOT practice ever again!
