It will be Thriller 2500 released then so I wanted to make this fictional thread about how Michael will be remembered then, what do you think? Do you think that people will be still listening "Billie Jean 4483" and "Wanna Be Startin Something 4483" in their flying cars when cruising around or when walking on the Moon with their Moonwalker and that they have listened him from this point to that continuously? Or will Michael be forgotten first for a while and then later someone will find his "Thiller" album and falls in love with it and then it'll be Thrillermania all over again. What do you think?

Michael Jackson will easily be remembered in the future more so than the vast majority of other popular acts. Especially in the sort of distant future you're talking about, all the bullsh*t will be gone, and the only thing you'll have left of MJ is the music. And that speaks for itself.

You think they will forget all the rumours and stuff and only the music remains?

I think they'll be too busy gossiping about their own stars to go on and on about Michael Jackson's scandals.

I believe that there is going to be a folklore surrounding MJ. They will talk of the alien which came from the sky who did eccentric things. Bubbles will be included in the tale and so will Neverland. It will be like Herculles, but it will all be good. Yes, MJ king Sani will be remembered in many years to come.

Michael will never be forgot and even if some want to remember stuff that doesn,t even matter anymore most will be talking about the great intertainer Michael Jackson really is.

Your right, I remember a thread on MJJF where mozart and MJ were discussed and appearntly Mozart were pretty eccentric himself, and noone remembers that about him now, it's the music people know.

I think MJ's music will basically go down in history and when kids are in their history classes, they'll be learning about popular culture and MJ will be the name at the top of the list of famous people. By then, I'm sure people won't care about any "scandals" concerning him. It will be all about the music and the influence he had on it. :)

if the world hasnt gone to hell by then I would say that he would be remembered a looooooong time because history now is better preserved then it was 2000 years ago where history was recorded through works of art and have disintergrated over a long peroid of time.

Call me Mad, but I think by then, there will be BIGGER Superstars

It's for sure he will be remembered in 4483. By this time there will have been a dispersion of mankind to other planets 'Mars...Moon..Ect whilst planet Earth recoups after mankind destroyed the atmosphere rendering it uninhabitabal.
Before the mass evacuation scientists invented a device that would echo sound around the universe and through this device information or music could reach everyone, no matter what planet they were on, everyone would receive the same accurate information.

Before the evacuation people had long stopped making music, so saddened were they at ignoring the early warnings of ' global warming' they felt they had nothing to sing about.

With everyone trying to settle into their respective homes it was decided to play some music to try to cheer everyone up, trouble is, by this time most of the music was so outdated that it would either bore people to death or get on their nerves.
'Thank Goodness For a Man Called Michael Jackson' his music is as fresh in 4483 as it was the day it was released. As soon as 'Thriller was belted out around the universe the people came alive, they started to sing and dance once more, happiness filled everyones hearts, Michael Jackson had left a legacy that would live forever. Children would read about this fine man in the history books, they would read of how he tried to warn the people about the damage that was being caused to planet earth, the starvation and suffering in third world countries and the extinction of wildlife everywhere. They would learn of all the good things that he done and of his own survival against all the odds, but most importantly they will learn that had it not been for greed then the world really could have been a better place.

So yes, in 4483 and beyond, people will know who Michael Jackson was because he 'Will' go down in History, his 'Legacy' will be etched in stone.
That is not fiction it is fact.

yeah he'll definitely be remembered
The music will live on and people won't even know about the scandals.
The greatest geniuses this world has known have all had their eccentricities and scandal surrounding them.
Even with people like Charlie Chaplin, most people see him as this legendary movie star. They have no idea about the skeletons in his closet.

I think he will be remembered not only as an extraordinary artist but also as a great humanitarian who was ahead of his times in understanding of a gift of life and having unshaken faith in humanity.

Do you believe the wolrd will still exist in the year 4483??

I don't, but if so I believe Michael will be remembered for his musical genius and his records

Fade In.

The ancient music master Ulacka is in the jungle, searching for CDS. She sees something in the distance.

Behold! A black man is staring at her on the cover! She rubs the cover a bit. It says....
'Michael Jackson!'

She runs to the village to tell her friends....

I think all of michael's songs are masterpieces and I think that mj and his art will be remembered for a long time....but 2500 years!! are you guys kidding me???? Two thousand years!!?? Heelll noo. one hundred..two hundred...maybe just maybe three hundred years...and that's really pushing it. you guys are forgetting that the world is constantly changing and 2500 years from now if the world is still around, things will be drastically different. we don't know what the state of music, or film will be, or if those things will exist in the form they are today..most likely not...in fact..by the year 2100..im positive that the world we live in would be absolutely unrecognizable to someone from that time period. we would be ancient at the pace the we are going at now. And whether or not the bad publicity surrounding MJ will live on or only the music will..we have yet to see. there are many examples of the opposite happening. It's up to MJ to make the music matter which i think he's doing now...

He will be remembered in history as a humungous American and world-wide pop star, yes.

well, if MJ keeps with the oxygen chamber, hopefully he will still be alive then, and still re-releasing his albums while promising a new one.
