Put your hearts back in your chests peeps and take your high blood pressure pills. You have some music that you're supposed to be dancing to from Thriller 25.

You're not supposed to be dancing to Roger's music. He's got you guys jumping through hoops, spinning, and doing everything else that he wants to see you do.

The sadder he makes you feel, the happier he is. Don't you know this?

Thank U!:D

When you think of Roger, you should think of a "rash." He's like a bad rash that's making you feel itchy and uncomfortable. Ointment. Get the ointment. Keep it nearby.

And when those Rog-skitos start flying around and are bitting on you, get the repellent. Keep that nearby too.

Let your poor little hearts have a break. Stop panicking for that wicked man. He loves it. He lives for your pain and worry. It makes him feel special. That's how you know he's wicked.

Nite-nite, you guys. I'm 'bout to put "For All Time" on repeat and let Michael rock me to sleep with his beautiful voice.

Signing out...

neverland ... property purchased - 1988 ... it is 2008 ... **doing the math** we are now 20 years later ... why would he owe $25 million for a few months of late payments ?? ... if it was Taxes that were owed, that would make more sense ...

**points browser to priceline.com**

ima be at that auction, if it actually takes place. I want a piece of Neverland **thinking of the urns**
In 2006 Mj took out a mortgage on the place, at the same time he bought back the 5% share of the catalogue from John Branca, for around the same amount. Unfortunately the loan was short term, for 1 year only. |From what I gather from R Bain's statement, it would appear that MJ was hoping to refinance the loan with the same bank. It is now possible that the bank may have decided not to refinance and has chosen to call in the entire loan, which it can do. However, I am deeply suspicious of the banks decision and I feel that there might be another eliment to this. I am hopeful that MJ will get it sorted in his best interest.:)

Plzzz- don't everyone go clicking on Foxnews to give them a bunch of views, rewarding them for more of their ish. Plz opt instead to use other news (sites) as sources, even if they've quoted this story from R.F./fox:lol:

dont post RF's sh!t on here. if the neverland will be auctioned story is RFs and other media sources have picked it up from him (as they usually do) then u should all know by now that its a BIG FAT LIE and some fans got fooled again

Yet they never hesitate to call another entertainer who's been dead for 3 decades the 'king of rock and roll' and never put 'onetime' or anything else in front of his title and once MJ didn't proclaim himself to be anything.
i read that this entertainer who's called the 'king of rock& roll was not dead yet, probably that's y he's still being called that title. the one who's dead is someone else.

If you read the documents they can't take anything in the house it is a foreclosure and he can take out his stuff. I am sorry what is going on with Michael? If he needs money why isn't he working to make money? If he could not keep up with the ranch this is something he did not just find out last year he should have sold it when the market was hot. Losing your home is a sign that you are broke but Michael does not act like a broke man he has lawyers that he has to pay a staff he has to pay stays hat ritzy hotels he has to pay and no one works for free don't care who you are so I do wonder what is going on with guy? Michael if you do have your head in the sand and you want to save your home please take it out and take care of this before you end up on the news for the wrong reasons.

if he doesn't want Neverland any more he should let them sell it.makes things easier for him;-)

Okay, before we go any further I just want to remind peeps that the threads about Neverland has been closed and there's no reason to continue the discussion here. Whatever Mr. Jackson decides to do with Neverland, it his decision and we should respect that :flowers:

I'd like to quote Dorothy_Marie here, because I couldn't say this any better :)

We shouldn't get all worked up about this Neverland thing. We should focus on what lies ahead in the future. That future isn't about Neverland any longer. It's about a new place to live, with new memories. Memories that will once again be of laughter and happiness. The dark memories will be gone now and sunshine will light the new home. Michael is working very hard on his album and wants to look to the future not only for himself, but his family, friends and fans. This is just the beginning folks. Let's focus on the positive and not the negative.

*Puts T25 on, goes to dance around the house on her PJ's and waits the first neighbor to ring a doorbell complaining Im listening music too loud.. Pff!*

Reeta thank you so much for closing those threads, there is too much good career things happening for MJ for us to be focusing on his personal life, he is still the ultimate entertainer in our lifetime and the success of Thriller 25 continues to illustrate that point that's all that should matter to us as fans :)

I admire what Dorothy has to say, but even Dorothy has no knowledge of MJ's intention regarding his future of whether MJ will keep Neverland or not. None of us have any ideas about Mj's future plan, everyone is speculating.:)

I gotta say this "MJ loosing Neverland" story is getting boring. How many years has it been circulating in the press? I haven't payed much attention to it but I gotta say that this time I payed some attention to it. So maybe the story originally came from Roger Friedbrains pen but it seems that this isn't a typical RF article. In this case there are some documents to prove that there is something going on about Neverland. This hasn't been released just by the tabloids but also AP and Helsingin Sanomat which is the leading newspaper in Finland and very respectable. That's where I first read about this today.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens, I think Michael can handle this and maybe he has planned something that we don't know yet. I hope things will turn out just right in the end.

There will be no further mentions of Neverland at this time please - there are many other things to discuss right now.

I'm with J5 in that I won't believe that its a definit thing that Michael will lose the ranch until it happens though. How many times has this happened where he's been threatened with this type of thing and he ends up taking care of it at the last minute? Michael just isn't on top of things from the get sometimes, but he usually has things under control, even if it is by the skin of his teeth. I hope it doesn't get taken from him though.
I hope your right:)

I happen to believe that when Ramone said refinancing was being worked out last year, his representatives may have stalled because the interests being requested might have been high and were therefore there might have still been shopping around for a better deal when suddenly all this came about.

Afterall, it's a few months and it takes a while to pick a good financier. All this will boil over if and when MJ refinances with a new financier for another year, by that time, tours and so forth, the debt will have been repaid and the media will have nothing.

All he needs is to refinance for one more year.

Also, these court filings wouldn't be public information if there weren't some people determined to stalk Michael and find ways to pull him down. How many celeb financial issues are always in the news? Yet for MJ, we know there are some in the media who are always stalking, trying to hurt him with anything that can be made out to be negative. They keep a running commentary on each and every court document filed and you never see them publish any documents by Michael in response to those filings. In otherwords, its like hearing only about Sneddon's motions and nothing about what Mesereau has to say in response.

They did this in the Debbie case, Prescient case, Kapone case and all teh others. Yes, there is a debt taken out on teh ranch, but that filing on one side does not have knowledge of what Michael or his advisor's plans are.

Oh, and by the way, if he wants to keep it and has no other option for finance, he can easily do a deal with a TV network for a $10 million interview, afterall, he's the main story in all this.
