Lol, yeah everyone I know is really looking forward to seeing "The Time" :rolleyes:. Please. It's all about Tina and Beyonce! And if Michael shows up, he'll steal the entire show (like always LOL).

yeh there are plenty who are wanting to see the greatest band of all time back on a major stage!

the time kick ass. watch...they will be slicker then all of the others on there put to gether

The Time are the greatest band of all time? lol, now i know you are not serious. You are obviously here to stir ish up with MJ fans, but you don't have to be so obvious. You aint gonna last long on here anyway though lol so have fun while you can.

Yeah i'm looking forward to her making a comeback too. There's no release date for it though but I read on one of her fansites that she already completed a few songs for the new album so I'm excited.

If Mike appears at the Grammys and performs a medly from Thriller that will be off the hook! But, of course, the decision on whether to perform, or not, and what to perform would be his. It's his album and he's the one being honored.

Also, speaking of being honored...he pulled out of the BET Honors, right? Well, this could very well be an indication that he is going to make an appearance at the Grammys. If I am remembering this correctly, the Grammys have this strange thing about stars appearing/performing on other shows before appearing/performing on theirs.

Remember how mad Dick Clark got about that policy? He and the Grammys had a big fight about it. The Grammys did not want Michael to perform at the American Music Awards if he was going to perform at the Grammys.

He was just about to be honored by BET, and pulled out when it came to making an appearance. The Grammys want to honor him too. Maybe the same thing is happening again.

The Time used to play with Prince. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis are original members of the Time. They were very, very good back in the day. Some say they are the best band ever. They disintegrated after a while and are appearing together for the first time since I don't know when. Should be interesting to watch.

The Time is a big deal to the BET demographics.. but to the Grammy demographics.. 1/2 the folks wont know who they are...

as for Tina.. I don't think she will be leaving the beautiful South of France to help Beyonce show off...in LA... because daddy Knowles beg her...

as for MJ.. he is going to keep us guessing until the very end...

Nobody's gonna care about anybody else if Michael show's up, that includes the Time. Michael's like a blue giant star while everyone else is like a white dwarf.

Jellybean and Jessie are two of the baddest guitarists I ever heard, Jimmy was cool with the keys (as he always is), Terry was knocking on that bass, Monte Moir was also brilliant, Jerome was Jerome and Morris was THE MAN, ya heard me? ;)

Then search for it on YouTube and I am sure you will 'see' many performances of Billie Jean. If the Billie Jean remix was one of the new singles and had vocals from both Michael and Kanye West, then I could see doing a twist of it as a performance/duet, but not the same choreographed thing we have seen a million times.

What makes this Thriller album even worth buying is that it has fresh vocals and remixes from todays artists and if he doesn't include any of those ingredients in a performance, then what are you promoting? I just sometimes feel that when you get a performance perfectly choreographed and watch it multiple times it starts to lose its appeal. Sure I will forever freak out if Michael does anything on stage, but to do something unexpected and fresh would blow my mind…

Yes, all cut and paste. Of course she hopes to be regarded as a serious journalist when she calls people out of their name. Also, MJ being out and about puts food on her table. She must have been starving.

So whats happening with MJ @ the Grammy's? Theres not just going to be a tribute to Thriller is there cuz I heard that the Grammy's are inducting MJ to their Hall Of Fame for ‘Off the Wall’ and ‘Thriller’.

If thats the case then MJ will deffo appear at the Grammy's.

Michael Jackson To Make Comeback At Grammy Awards?

Michael Jackson could make his long awaited comeback at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles next month, according to reports.
The singer, who has not toured for over a decade, is already scheduled to release the 25th anniversary edition of ‘Thriller’ on February 11th – the day after this years Grammy’s.
According to a leaked memo from SonyBMG, Jackson’s record label are desperate to get the singer to celebrate Thriller’s anniversary with a full comeback.​


As well as the Grammy Awards ceremony, the memo also mentions a potential TV special, which could include his brothers, and the possibility of live shows.
Diane Dimond, who wrote a book about Jackson’s 2005 child molestation trail – for which he was fully acquitted – told the LA times that she was 90% certain that he would appear, and possibly sing, at this years Grammy ceremony.
