Hey this was awesome!
very positive indeed
it was kinda sad though at the end when they were showing Neverland all deserted and stuff :(
But anywho i have nothing bad to say about it. no personal attacks or anything. they raised Michael up and showed how big of an influence he is on artists today despite all of his past controversy.
it was fair and really really great. i loved it

Will there be a repeat of the show or is it online. On YouTube maybe? I missed it. Damn something finally positive about the man and I end up missing it.

I was a bit skeptic about viewing this at first, but I'm glad I got it all on tape! They aired the footage from the WMA (the red carpet) and the interview with him in Ireland (if I'm not mistaken, I saw footage I never saw before) The celebrities talking about him glowingly was nice to hear, especially Miss Mary J. Blidge! All in all it was good, could've done without Roger Friedman and J. Randy Taraborelli (why does he keep passing himself off as MJ's biographer???).

As always, anytime I can see footage or pics with Mike, i'm all good!

Overall I thought this was a very good representation of MJ. I agree that it was sad at the end when they showed Neverland... looked like a ghost town. But it was mostly positive. Only part I didn't like was when one of the women was saying that he's had "too many surgeries and accusations to return to his previous level of fame". That was the only blemish on this enjoyable show.

I watched. It was so great and positive. I thought it was a bit sad at the end as well, but good nonetheless.

Not trying to be rude but what Wendy Williams actually said was "despite the surgeries and accusations he's still the King of Pop and they can't take that away from him." I find it ironic because Wendy Williams has actually had plastic surgery herself lol.

yeah..it's amazing, the high number of ironic people who comment on MJ, but overall, this was a positive show. and i hope this reminds people that he IS making new music. however he doesn't have McCartney to thank for his fortune. He was always and is always just fine. that catalogue is just an addition.

It was okay. The footage of Michael was nice, though not anything I don't think we haven't seen before. It was a little boring, lol, but that's only if you've seen as many documentarys as I have haha. It was mostly positive, but they need to quite with that fool JRT and thunder thighs Friedbrains. But hearing Michael speak is always nice, even if we've seen it before. He's the man and the show was a welcome turn around from what we usually get.

i agree.:)...and i'm stuck at the contradictory way these journalists speak about him. they say he'll never reach that height of fame again, of the eighties..yet they say in the same breath, that with MJ..'security is essential'.

You can say that again. They don't want to come across as though they're actually excited by him, but they are and it shows. Michael is still every bit as famous, actually probably a little more, then he was in the 80s, so they can take that rehtoric and put it where the sun don't shine. :lol:

and i'm sorry..but i can't resist picking on how a person can literally not hear what he's saying. i mean...does this statement make sense?:

can one actually listen to themselves when they hear themselves say that?

that statement doesn't make sense. there oughta be a course in how to listen to what you are saying...it ought to be held at the universities of the world. lol

i know the show is positive, for the most part...but..sry..i couldn't resist pointing stuff like this out.

and people commenting should not be called 'experts'. one said that no endorser would ever touch him again. well..full circle. Pepsi is back.

let's take that as something to remember, and know that MJ never went anywhere. Neverland, by the way, is retrievable. other houses in california are suffering everything from sinking into the ground, to disappearing in fires. plus it's still MJ's property. There is a sense of preservation about MJ and his stuff that other californians would love to have. rumours still fly that people want to buy the property. you don't have those rumours about other properties in california. instead you hear about insurance suddenly not covering new things that crop up every day. there's just something about MJ that says the naysayers are wrong.

anyway the 'weirdness' of the timing of this show has 'weirdly' helped me recover from last night's negative grammy experience.
