id wait for something offical b4 some of u start losing your heads.whatever happens to murray it aint gonna bring mj back. i dont care if he gets one night in prison aslong as the only way he leaves it is in a body bag.

tmz are forgetting other charges for lieing to the doctors and police etc.id see a stacking of charges like with mj.and dealying the case going to the DA cause everyone wants to be there hardly makes much sense.

What i want though, is for all of murrays fuckery to come to light, so the general public know whats up as well as the fans.

that will never happen. the media will do what they did during the trial. blatently ignore defence bombshells or lie and twist the testimony to suit their agenda.

A lot of these so called doctors just want to say they have STARS for patients - but in the mean time they forget that they should be taking care of these people and watching out for their health - instead most of them turn out to be just your typical drug dealer in a nice white coat to cover their asses!

:sigh: I have not said very much about the circumstances surrounding Michael's death as I am very conflicted... and I know that not everyone agrees with me... but if in all the times that Michael was seeking/seeing someone for pain or sleeping issues or whatever, if just one, ONE FREAKING Doctor, had taken the time to really see what he needed or how to help him safely and healthy then we would not be without him today

Sorry... I am rambling now... It just makes me so sad :cry:

This is a SOCIETY problem, not just celebs. More NON Famous people do this kind of mess than famous (famous people just have more doctors). Our society as a whole is over medicating.

True enough - I agree.

But when I got injured by falling 15 feet out of a tree (yeah don't ask what I was doing up there - I am an idiot) no one gave me a heroin derivative.

I just think they make it too easy when you are famous.

so... you think it took them SIX MONTHS to investigate a involuntary manslaughter case?? WTF.
 
This is disgusting. I hope it's not true. Is this really all that the people who loved and cared about Michael are going to get? We have sheer and constant emotional agony that only gets worse and worse every day for almost seven months due to Michael dying in the first place. Now we have to hear that effectively all this comes down to in terms of courtroom justice is nothing? I really hope I'm wrong about this. But I'm afraid I'll be right.

That sums up how I feel. :( I don't have much hope but trying to keep believing justice will happen for Michael. Eugh...this sucks so bad.

Uhm, as this is'nt official, I'm gonna hold back my feelings on this.

With that said though, from this whole thing happened, I just suspected that there would be no justice for Michael in the way that we all hoped. Dr. Murray is back at work treating patients, no medical board deemed it necessary to investigate his actions or suspend his license, it was business as usual. The carelessness exhibited by Dr. murray that night was 'extreme', but this is Michael Jackson we're talking about, as much as millions of people all around the world loved him, there were those who disliked him and his death came as joyous moment for them while we all wept!

I keep hoping that truth and justice will prevail, but we live in an imperfect world and as we have seen in the past, there are certain people that can make certain things happen and when it comes to Michael, they could care less about justice!

I remember Oprah and others saying we may not understand right now but 'everything happens for a reason' in regards to MJ's death and I was frankly pissed off 'cause now its been six months later and I have yet to see what good reason there is for MJ not being here with us, his children, friends and family!

Yes. This is happening continually I've noticed. Only they don't seem to be the only ones doing it. I've seen things that supposedly came from family "insiders" only the info came from something posted in the IU thread or N&H thread just days before. :huh: Go figure.

It is they, who are many, that lurk among us.....-_-

How was one man able to end Michael's life after 50 years, just like that...just as if it's nothing?! Too much to think about.

Still I don't blame Murray alone, it's just this screwed up world. It was so much more, so awfully much more.
But they better start with him or else no one has to tell me anymore that it was not all a conspiracy.

Murray will escape unscathed ... and got it made for his life. As I thought from the beginning.
And if this really happen as I fear, then I'm sure there is more behind it than "only" gross negligence.

But still I hope I am not right.

that info posted the other day though was old. its was from when a fan contacted them a few months back

Unfortunately, true it's not against the law for a physician to use this drug outside of a clinic or hospital setting. But I agree that a drug this deadly, should NEVER be used for anything other than it's intended purpose in a hospital setting. There are plenty of other sleep aids that could be used for insomnia. Murray will eventually be brought up on charges, but there are also others involved that should be charged as well. I am praying that Michael will have his justice.
 
I really don't understand why the fans discussing over and over again the Propofol thing. This is a FACT:

Something I don't understand is why is TMZ reporting this? Wouldn't it behoove the LAPD to release a statement saying investigation is complete and presentation to the DA is pending a scheduling date? (or have they and I missed it?)

"Sources", while perhaps reliable, really makes LAPD look sketchy if they have employees talking off the record to TMZ, irregardless of Harvey's legal background and connections.

My guess is tmz is clearly paying higher 'bonus' as the LAPD?
 
Involuntary Manslaughter ? You're kidding me right ? Someone please wake me up from this nightmare.
I will await the official charges before doing anything, but if that turns out to be true then we, the fans, need to take action by writing letters/e-mails etc.
 
I'm really not completely understanding why anyone would be SURPRISED by this?

Cast back in your minds to the day when seventy police vehicles surrounded Neverland, and all those cops in riot-gear swarmed out? Did you REALLY think law-enforcement was on Michael's side, then, or now? Why would anyone think that? I am hoping that everyone on here who said "wait and see," and "let the LAPD do their jobs," will be very, very quiet for a few days?

So how did this make the AP wire? I'm pretty sure TMZ PAID a cop for the info, and then it went viral. That's how it happens. Money talks.

I've always thought that Murray was just the fall-guy. I continue to believe that. One indication of that would be if he got off with a light sentence, and most likely no jail time. Bingo. We (some of us) will watch him after his probation is finished, and we will follow the money. We are still HERE.
