As I reflect daily I tend to have my thoughts surrounded around Michael from time to time. I ponder and wonder, How is one so talented? from collecting information over the years(I've been a fan, still is lol), watching footages, listening to his music, observing his persona, trying to figure out who this guy was? It dawned on me that he was defiantly someone different, and what I mean by different is not in human form, but as a person who is very special" The Golden Child" very unique and like no other. As I continue to follow His career, there's always something new that's thrown my way that is with such perfection and I'm AMAZED, he's an Amazing Human-being and a true gift from God, he is a True Blessing and I'm Thankful that someone by that name "Michael J. Jackson" was brought into this world, he's defiantly has a mark in the entertainment industry and that's something that can't be replaced. Michael is one of a kind, I feel sorry for those who persist on judging him poorly, than as someone who is just very talented, at least I wish some people would have the decency to give him have credit for that.

Awesome! Thank you for posting. I agree 100%. Michael has a magic, a warmth a light inside and with every movement it shines so brightly.

I can't explain how happy I am to be living in an era of a genius such as Michael Jackson. Can you guys imagine? It's like living in the era of Mozart, or Beethoven. Isn't it?

I agree. I remember the first time I saw him dance. It was the "GHOSTS" video (the long one) and I just went :dropdead::woohoo:. lol. And when I first became a fan, it was so hard for me to believe that it was possible for a human being to be so giving and loving and amazing. I STILL don't believe he's human, as a matter of fact. I really do think he's an angel.

Same here! I believe some people really are special...far different from anyone else. People who are spiritually superior to others. More intuned with their "spirituality"--it's really hard to explain though. We try to use "religion" to contain it, but it's just a mystery! You either understand it/have it, or you don't!

I would put Michael up there with revolutionaries, visionaries and saints, such as Ghandi, Dr. Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, etcetera etcetera.

Sure, none of these people were flawless, but they are still very special (and so are many unknown and unnamed people out there). People like this come FAAAR and few in between. We were just lucky to be alive at this time and witness one of them (Michael) :D.

I am a huge fan of his Music, Dance and Art and a friend of his person
because of his great Love, faith, ideals, visions and humanitarian efforts
around the world.

I love Him ..

i agree with both your statement about MJ and your siggy

Yes. :)

I often say to myself and others, "Thank God I grew-up in the 80's. I wouldn't change that era for a thing! I'd never wanna miss-out on the one person who has inpired me so much with music....Michael Jackson, forever and always."

^yeah well if only I was happy enough as to have lived in the '80s...not in the '90s. Though it was OK as well. But I would give anything to have had a chance to go an MJ concert...

Awww, yeah same here. :(

I remember I was 12 during the 'Victory Tour.' A few people I knew went to it, I think they saw it in Buffalo N.Y...can't remember but...

I can recall asking them all kinds of questions and wishing that I could go. My world literally revolved around Michael at that age...lol. I'm still hoping to see him in concert one day. I guess we'll have to wait and see. :)

Michael is an extremely special human being. I truly believe that he has a higher purpose in this world to bring about betterment in people's lives and to guide them closer towards living as they should, not as they do. When I look at Michael, I see a person who very much is in tune with life, someone who realizes, better then most anyone and who is more highly aware of his connection with those things around him, knowing himself to be as great as any star and as small as any insect, as though he has some profound understanding of how all things are interwoven and one in the same, like he feels that connection inside. It's hard to explain in words, but I really do think Michael sees and knows what it is in the universe that is important and real, what is the essence of things, and his goal in life I feel is to make others aware and conscious of it as well, to open their eyes to it and thus bring them to a state of living, rather then existing. It sounds crazy and philosophical, far fetched even, but it's not something I think Michael is necessarily himself conscious of or does with any pre-planned thought, but just what he is. You can see when you watch him how observant he is and how he seems to notice everything. He isn't at all self-centered. And I think God blessed him with such extraordinary talent and gifts in order for him to relay and teach what it is he sees and knows, to bring people the truth of how things really are, not what society tells them they are. You see, and this again sounds far fetched, but I feel Michael was chosen by God to have such incredible talent because he is such an extraordinary person in terms of perception, knowing what is real and true and seeing the beauty in all things, the good, finding the part that actually means something and makes up the whole of what that something is. He needed a platform to teach people that and I think God knew that, so he gave him that platform in the form of a great talent for song and dance. And he does indeed use it to bring people to a greater state of being, more in touch with what is reality.

Again, far fetched...??? Think again...

"Everything in life happens for a reason...Each and everyone us have been put on Mother Earth for a purpose...once we figure out what that purpose is...

There truly is NO WAY of STOPP'IN US..!"

Smiles~~~

very true! Great thread! Michael lifts up your spirit like no other! He's that light in the darkness! God bless Michael!

Thanks for posting, sweets and wbss. Your posts were very beautifully written. I think there are two types of fans. There are those who just like MJ the performer, and then there are those who appreciate the passion that goes into every song, who try to understand him as a person and are inspired by the way he lives his life. I truly see him as an enlightened spirit. He is someone "on whom nothing is wasted." Somehow he has managed to stop society and the world from destroying his sense of wonder and his imagination, and also the ability to open his whole heart to emotion, and to be touched deeply by his every experience instead of putting up walls to protect ourselves like the rest of us do.

Exactly. Thank you for expressing this in words. :)

Michael Jackson truly is a blessing to the world! He is the one who has brought me and many others to the Light of God by being the Light that he is and by allowing that Light to shine so brilliantly and brightly in his heart, soul, being, in his art and all that he does. And because of him I do not just dream of a better world but have found the love, courage and determination in my heart to make this dream a reality. Thankyou Michael for using your amazing talent, life and work to inspire us every moment of our lives !!! We love you and thank you for everything...and Thank you God for Michael Jackson and for the beautiful souls who see, appreciate and honour his Light!!!

yes, there are def. 2 types of fans, and I'm glad to say that I am the second type *pats myself on the back* There is something so special about Michael Jackson that can't even be put into words (though it has been done VERY well in this thread!).

There will never be another like Michael Jackson.

He captured the world and best wishes to him, he is an Icon. Michael - you have the world wrapped up in you'll hands.

He is truly a magnificent man. Thats what is so great about him, hes just a human being who is so talented and giving. He makes mistakes but so does everyone, his mistakes are taken and aired around the world, its like living in the Big Brother house when your Michael Jackson, so expect to be attacked and ridiculed for every action you take. But the good heart of the man never weakens, even during his darkest moments.

Good topic Sweets. Great post wannabee. I have been a fan for a very long time and I agree Michael is an extraordinary human being. And other artists and people have also commented on that throughout the years. For example quotes such as below as were discussed on another thread:

This unbelievable strong vibration - it was a very highly developed soul! … Unfortunate most people cannot see the spiritual light of a person - but who could see Michael Jackson’s light would fall down to his knees."
"Not only do I think that he is highly intelligent but also outstandingly educated. …
He is extremely beautiful, fragile and totally unearthly. I always had the feeling that he is not standing on the floor but slightly floating on air. Michael Jackson knows that he appears like that on others and he also knows how to employ it."
He’s really just a nice guy and he would just love to be a happy person and smile all the time and all they want to do is call him things and he has to recline into his shell."

Many others such as Chris Tucker, Bret Ratner and Louis Farrakhan have all said Michael is a unique person who is on a higher spiritual level than most people.

I have also noticed that throughout the years of being a fan and also on how gifted he is in every way, musically, visually, performance, drawing, the way he looks at everything.

And most importantly I notice how strong this man is. He truly amazes me on the inner strength he has to withstand the pain and trauma that he has endured throughout his life. Some we will never know about or totally comprehend. He always seems to me to be far more spiritually mature than most. He is a tough guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind and has a sarcastic sense of humour. Others have also commented on that. People cannot seem to understand a person who has a big heart, a good heart, who gives so much of himself to others and sensitive to the world around him can also take all the punches he has taken and be as tough as nails. They expect him to be dead now. They can't understand why a person can be so creative, love cartoons, disney and animals yet still read porn and be a man. They portray him as asexual. But we all know that is not the case. It is quite simple really but many just don't seem to have the intelligence to understand that. He is human too.

Good post Irish. I think what many fail to grasp about Michael is how incredibly intelligent he really is and thus, how complex he is. He isn't some 2-D character. He has many facets to his being. The mistake people have made is in trying to box him in and define him. When they've failed to do so, they've then tried to destroy him, as is human nature, they try to rid the world of what they do not understand.

The reason I'm so angry at people like Quincy Jones, for example, is because he called in to question Michael's spiritual connection, and I couldn't think of a more off accusation to make about the man. If you read "Dancing The Dream" and if you listen, really listen to Michael, what he says, how he says it, you'll see and understand that he views things in a totally different perspective from most and that he indeed seems more highly aware of everything, of emotions and things beyond the surface layers which most people's views are restricted to. He has a greater and more pure depth of perception and it shows not only in his words, but in his actions. The way he treats people and just life itself, the way he's always been willing to put others wants before his own needs, and put himself at risk to stand up for what he knows is right, that takes an extraordinary person. And he is that. I often say that Michael's strength is the stuff of myth, because anyone else having to endure what he has would have given up a long time ago, they would have been finished. But somehow, Michael never does let go. They may have beaten him down and haulted him for a time, but they've never broken him and they never will. Because Michael know's who he is and what he's meant to do, and no matter how much they try to stop him, his conviction is such that, they never will.

Before Bob Jones turned in to a total piece of dog sh*t, he said something about Michael which was so true, and I thought it so accurately described him. He said:

"He is a composite of the image that nature desires for every individual to attain by representing the goodness in life and in his fellow man. He is compassionate and sensitive. He is as strong as a rock. He is an example to follow for every human being who wants to make the very best of his or her life experience and to leave a part of their presence as a guide for future generations."

I feel the same way about Quincy and others Wannabee. I absolutely do feel they fall in to the media trap. They listen to the media too much. They don't want to go out on the limb for someone who is being crucified. I can never think highly of those people ever again. And others then surprise me with their support and who speak their minds. Those who were friendly with Michael (not close in the sense of like Elizabeth Taylor) who went out of their way to make a comment or lend their support to him. Steve Harvey is one example. And then those who were conspiciously absent. They may have been their privately and not publicly. Who knows. But for sure there were a lot who disappeared off the face of the earth.

Yeah, I remember that Bob Jones interview and the irony of it just makes me laugh. He is such a sell out and shows what kind of person he truly is inside regardless. He would sell his soul to the devil. And that is one painful lesson that Michael has learned about a lot of these people. And they all needed to go. Cleaning house was the only option at this point. It doesn't matter who was there for him or wasn't there for him in respect to his business. It just had to be done. Changes had to be made. But it is a life lesson that will benefit him and make him stronger. And I have already seen that.

Absolutely Irish. It's cliche, but you find out who your real friends are when the going get rough. There's only a handful of people have have consistently stood by Michael through thick and thin. It is interesting though, as you pointed out, how people who were more like aquantinces then friends stood by Michael, such as Steve Harvey, Chris Tucker even. Even though they're friends, just not, as you pointed out, on the level of Elizabeth Taylor. Elizabeth is like, the ONE person who has been by Michael's side since the very beggining of all the crap thrown at him and has never wavered.

The thing with Bob Jones is so lame too. I never thought he would actually turn on Michael, becuase of the things he said about him before, such as the quote above. But it just goes to show how shallow some people are and how they don't have any conviction behind their words. It takes away the relivence of that quote because of what he did to Michael. I don't know what happened to him, but he obviously never really cared about Michael since he turned so willingly and easily on him and became the very thing he preached against. He seemed to understand Michael and maybe he really did, but he didn't care about him, which just proves what a rotten guy he is. If he really understood those things about Michael which he spoke of and still was willing to stab him in the back, knowing what a good person Michael is, it's just so low and hard to comprehend. Though not unbelieveable, seeing as there's been so many like that in Michael's life.

Anyway, I forgot to mention but, when you said this:

He is a tough guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind and has a sarcastic sense of humour.

I wanted to say how true that is, lol. Michael's totally got a sarcastic sense of humor and I've always said that, but it's hilarious I think, the way he jokes about things. And he's cheeky. I just think he's a riot sometimes, lol. But it also shows his intelligence and how observant he is, being able to pick out those aspects of life which hold humor.
