KJ's Biz Partner: Estate Doesn't Care About MJ's Kids

The man doing business with Katherine Jackson just thumbed his nose -- BIGTIME -- at the Michael Jackson Estate ... essentially saying they're just a bunch of lawyers who don't care about MJ's kids.
Last night Howard Mann slammed the Estate for the suggestion it's more invested in helping MJ's children than he and Katherine -- saying, "I would ask if the Estate has ever met those children, ever spoken to those children. To me it's a farce that they care about what happens to those children."
Mann was In Beverly Hills ... outside the "Unveiling of the Jackson Secret Vault Lithographic Collection" -- his ongoing business venture with Katherine -- and an event that prompted MJ's Estate to fire off a cease and desist letter.

It's sad that Katherine's adult children aren't watching over her. They are allowing their 80 year old mother to deal with a porn producer. Janet wants us fans to believe that she and others tried to help Mike with his alleged addictions yet she's allowing her 80 year old mother to fend for herself dealing with a crook? why should we believe anything they say considering they are not even trying to protect their own mama. I know good and damn well there wasn't no intervention because now I see they don't even protect their own mother. Where is Jermaine and his 'family unity'?
You are right there, they also need to get a handle on their father who isn't in his right mind. I believe people are whispering in both of their ears & taking advantage of them both.

What is there to know? Obviously this venture has been a huge flop. No venture can succeed without support and publicity. Before Oprah, the book was mainly promoted through TMZ. Remember those videos of Katherine? This whole venture has been nothing but a joke.
c'mon now we all know our good ole janet ,she been busy with her life since she left that house .she comes in pic when her brother randy needs her in his intervention stories.I am just wondering why $26,000 a month is NOT enough for Katherine. EVERYTHING is paid for. Even if she ONLY has $7,000-$8,000 left in CASH monthly, why isn't that enough? Let's not forget that Prince, Paris and Blanket get an ADDITIONAL $60,000 a month to take care of their needs. I am pretty sure that their schooling does not come from that amount. The MAIN question is did Michael have to shell out MORE than this to Katherine when he was alive? If so, is it any wonder that he had so many pressure on him? It makes no sense to me that Michael was the only one EXPECTED to take care of EVERYONE in that family-including brothers, nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, etc. Where the hell does Janet come into this? She is rich enough to have taken the burden off of Michael and helped support, at least, Katherine and Joe. It is not her job to support her brothers and their off-springs. Just as it was NOT Michael's job to do so. Of course, we know that Michael was too kind and generous to sit back and allow his family to go without food, clothing and other essentials and he helped support ALL of them. Again, it is time for Janet to step up to the plate and offer Katherine the EXTRA money that she needs.
All of the "real needs" of Katherine Jackson and the needs of Michael Jackson's children are being well taken care of by the Michael Jackson Estate.
Katherine's husband (Joe) or adult children (e.g. Janet Jackson) should volunteer to help her with her other "none essential" money needs.
Joe is out of control.. They don't have any control over him. The fact that he still has Brian Oxman as his attorney proves to me that his children don't care what he does.
What I want to know is who brought Katherine and Mann together in the first place..?

i agree.. im nt sure which kids revieve money from her though. i think most of the money may go to the grandkids. -janet has her own money of course. -toya... say what you want abt her but she is well off. between making appearances n doin endorsemsnts in foreign countries, she's straight. -marlon is in real estate and does things in africa. -tito has his own band. -rebbie husband is in business from what i read on here..-randy, jackie n jermaine i dunno. i kno jermaine is in the middle east alot, so somebody could be giving him work over there. randy had tht red porche before mj died so he had to get money from somewhere. n frm wht they say the bills werent even being paid at hayvenhurst, so kathernine couldnt have been giving him anything. not tht its none of my business anyway.
i would also like 2 ask, can the estate make katherine end the contract with mann??? or will they just sue him for using mjs name n in the end he would have to end it cause he would be broke???
