I didn't want to post that thing here but to me it makes it obvious that Howard Mann behind this all. For not going to his website then let's summarize and comment on it
He wants to make a point that Katherine said those things about Branca. He claims HTWF is Michael charity. and that money is left to "his charity".
I believe it was Randy Jackson who convinced Michael to fire Branca, in 2003. There were claims of an offshore account where Branca was supposedly skimming money, but that was
never found/proven. There were also claims that Branca was double-dipping and working for BOTH Michael AND Sony, simultaneously. That one seems more likely, and if true, would have represented a conflict of interest. (The old letter terminating Branca is online -- I'd have to hunt it up. It said that Branca must turn over to Michael
any and all documents that he still possessed related to anything he did for Michael in his capacity as his attorney. What transpired between Michael and Branca in those few days when he was hired back, we do NOT know.)
Whatever the case, it's very possible that the current "
Branca statements" are coming from Randy, yet again, behind-the-scenes, and from Mann, overtly. This would seem to indicate that Katherine has totally lost control of her own situation.
Calls Adam Streisand "Estate in-house council", calls signature fraud claims "puppeteer" and that his attempts fell flat as he was fired.
That borders on defamation, if not ACTUALLY defamation (and it might be). It's a risky statement to make with no proof. Streisand seems to have been looking out for Katherine's interests, when no one else is!
then this statement "The truth is, Katherine Jackson's patience is wearing thin and she beginning to realize that if she does not stand up against the corruption and injustice behind the closed doors of her son's estate, there will be nothing left for Michael's children."
If anyone's "patience is wearing thin," it would be
the executors. So far, they have refrained from SUING Katherine, as Mann's "partner." The executors have an interest in preserving/growing the estate, because they make a percentage of every profit. They also are charged with preserving/increasing the estate, for the heirs, i.e. Michael's CHILDREN!
These interests are not in opposition. . the more money the estate makes, the more money the children make, and the more the executors make in a percentage. Their efforts to sue Johnson/Mann benefit the CHILDREN. If anyone is working against the children (and they are), that would be Mann, Johnson,
AND the children's own grandmother. It seems now that this "charity" has given NO money to any benefit for anyone, except to buy up yet more domain names. That is NOT a "charity," but a business venture to sell Michael-related products.
In all of this, i'm wondering where the children's guardian ad litem is??? Surely the association of the children with this fake charity is not a good thing, and actually works AGAINST the children's own financial interests.
I'm really curious if Howard Mann really believes that he's fooling anyone with this statements. and that this moment I'm really hoping that Branca goes lawsuit happy and starts suing everyone for defamation / slander.
I hope so, too. So far, the executors have been courteous about Katherine's outrageous behavior, and have refrained from suing HER. But, they could. That time might have come, because she shows no signs of stopping her behavior, which is actually COUNTER to her grandchildren's interests and has become quite a public embarrassment.
