Guys

Myself Stacey and Lorriane will be conducting a full staff review this evening,

Its evident some of our staff are clearly not dedicating any time to MJJC any more.

Guys I need for you all to be honest with us and tell us if you do not wish to carry on have simply lost interest due to specific reasons or your personal lives have now changed to take you away from this.

Please guys do mE the honour out of respect for MJJC to be honest with us so we can make the needed changes, we will not in any shape or form hold anything against you nor make it an issue should you wish to tell us you don't wish to carry on. we will understand and support however you feel but if you can allow us to at least bridge this gap so we can continue our journey and make MJJC the best.

So guys over to you.

I'm here and dedicated. I'm generally not online during day time due to school work etc but I try to be online at night time US to especially hold down the fort when most of the staff is sleeping/can't be online.
 
Hey hunnies. Gaz being staff has been an honour from my personal pov and it will remain an honour. I am 100 percent dedicated to this community and will continue to do so. This place is my home.

Please if all staff could respond to this thread as to ignore we will then solely go on actions performed in MJJC.

I will give this thread until midnight my time this Sunday for those who wish to stay, those that do not respond we will review your input and make a decision from there.

I know this may sound brash and we are forcing people out but its not about that, its about doing what's best for this community which you will all agree is our main reason for being here now.

Those thus far thank you for your input and response.
 
Hello, I am happy to be here and my circumstances allow me to. I am happy to continue as long as I am needed. I work during the day, so when I steal quota time from work, I stop in every now and then. I am usually on in the evenings as late as I can.
 
Yeah I'm gonna continue, I have had a busy few months so haven't been as dedicated as I usually am, but I'm gonna start again and give my absolute best. :)

I am still committed and while endeavour to do better as it relates to non-Legacy Project matters.

I am VERY dedicated to keeping my role here at MJJC. Last week got a bit out of hand for me, (in the "real world") but I am back in full force. I'm able to be online tuesdays and thursday and whenever I can on the weekends. So I fully capable of maintaining my role here on the board.

Apologies again for my absence. My exams started on Wednesday and continue until Friday, June 24th. I've made one or two sporadic appearances since my post about disappearing, and I'll try to free up more time before my exams finish. After them though I'll come back fully dedicated ;)

I'm so sorry for being absent these last days I got some problems and some exams
But everything is done now and I'll be more present
I want to stay; if you want Gaz of course :)
 
Sorry for my late reply. I'm dedicated to MJJC. Working a full 40 hour work week, taking care of a pregnant wife and child, and checking things here has been a task for me, but I am doing the best I can.

I'm trying to find more ways to dedicate some more time with MJCC. No need to worry about me. :)
 
Ok, so clearly I've been MIA (sorry gary, lorraine, and everyone else)
But I finally just graduated from college (whoohoooo!) I was abnormally stressed and busy. So now I'm back and ready to mod if that's cool with everyone :)

I usually only work on wed, thurs and fri from 11-5,and i just got an iphone so i'll be bookmarking mjjc and msn (renee_magic@hotmail.com )!!!!

I am sorry to say Tom has now fallen under the 2 month non activity rule, in fact its actually 4 months but I thought I would let him have more in hope he would return.

OMG how many fly by night fans have been MJJC staff members, reading this post and the responses make me cringe and realise there is no loyalty to Michael.
 
Well We had a couple there that were dedicted and some Ive never even heard of they must have not stayed around long. I guess sometimes life gets in the way (priorities) I cant imagine doing anything better that serving Michael and his fans. But Im an old school die hard fan and I no longer work outside the home and have lots of time to dedicate.

It's so easy to get 'swallowed' up by your job but then again that's NO excuse for breaking your loyalty to Michael :heart:
