Dear Staff

As you are all aware the admin team of MJJC are carrying out a full and thorough staffing review in MJJC.

To ensure we continue on our path of being the best we must as a team ensure we are all fulfilling our commitment to MJJC.

Today I have the following to announce.

It is with great sadness that as of today both Dorothy_Marie and Motsey are no longer a part of the MJJC family.

I of course wish them my sincerest best for the future.

That's sad to here but really hope they stay an active part of the community. Gaz are you getting anyone to replace them or just sticking with us lot?

Were not doing anything Daz, and not just recently, it went back for six months or more. time to call it a day and let some others crack on with it, for me I'm really confident Bree will excel in the LP

Yep, we exactly have something planned... Bree and I :cheeky: for the LP forum :angel:
HOPE I can 'catch' her soon for a meeting about it... We are NOW both 'busy souls' but we still have TIME for MJJC :heart:
 
Guys,

As you all know I've been thinking of making some changes to the staffing groups one of which is to seriously simply the group to a very minimal amount plus put everyone on an even road by not segregating,

Therefore as of today there will only be two other staff groups staff and senior staff, this I feel brings the two groups closer together as I felt some staff give as much as others yet are deemed as lower in rank, to remove this and to ensure its fair staff who are committed to our community and serving both MJJC and the fans will be bumped to a senior staff role those in which who become less active will then be moved back to being just a staff member and if it continues to be there is no activity they will then be let go under out two months staff inactivity.

So in a nut shell if you’re committed to being as active as possible you will be promoted likewise if you become inactive you will be demoted then let go.

The above is to ensure we are all on the same there is no segregation and are given respect by position based on your activity.

Due to the above I am afraid there will be the below changes which I hope you understand it’s not personal it’s just to ensure those who are equally active are just as cherished as those who are not.

1. The senior admin group will no longer excist - all staff in this will become senior staff
2. Ginvid will be moved from senior staff to staff due to inactivity

I will also take this opportunity to thank every person who gives their time to MJJC not only do I appreciate it but more so I know the members and fans also love everything each and all of you do.
