my thought exactly. this leads me to believe that murray has already started "treating" michael when the recording was made. i think this helps establish that murray was responsible for over-medicating michael. i hope the jury can see that.
 
Did Murray assist Michael medically for three years, like he said to the contract-woman? Or was it only a couple of months?

Murray had assisted MJ since 2008 if im not mistaken
 
medical records discussed. insurance policy on the 23rd june. 2 discussions on it asking murray for a 5 year medical history on mj murray said he was mjs dr for 3 years. mj was in wonderful health the last few years so the medical records would be tiny.

spoke to murray in june 24th. murray told her he was at/been to the rehearsal saying mj was amazing. witness keeps saying murray told her mj was in perfect health was amazing etc.

but MJ came back to the States in december 2006 (around Christmas time).. I thought he met Murray much later... so they must then have met in december 2006??
 
talking about the contract faxed to her by murray on the eve of june 24th. murray had signed the contract.showing the contract on the big screen. showing that mj hadnt signed it.
the contract wasnt valid until mj signed it.

Hmm. What do you guys think about this? Do you think its OK for companies like AEG just to trust a doctors word and not demand to view medical history??

that was for the insurance policy not AEG

There is such a thing known as confidentiality between a doctor/patient. So AEG couldn't demand medical files unless they suspect something to be seriously wrong that it would breach the contract, which wasn't signed. For example, you employer or boss cannot demand your medical record if you fall ill because that is between you and your doctor.
 
murrays contract inculded a house etc. basically everything major except transport in london and to L.A from vegas or where ever he was needed his own insurance. cross is saying murray had to provide all these things out of his own pocket.

Claiming AEG didnt provide the equipment.
 
defense trying to say that Murray wanted that stuff for LA....they are grabbing at straws.
 
murray asked for the CPR machine for london. flannagan trying to say it should have been provided for the whole term ie from may.. witness says murray said he wanted the machine for london only and thats what the contract says. flannagan trying to get to her she aint biting.

flannagan saying murray said mj lost 10% of body weight during a show. trying to say its normal asking for that machine and he only wanted it for the venue. (ie not at the house when giving diprivan imo)
 
But she is saying that was needed in London and the contract needed to be signed by everyone. The thing is that Murray kept giving Michael propofol without the equipment.
