Murray Trial - 3 October - Day 5 - Discussion

Whoa...are these the ppl Murray left in charge of Bob Russell? Bob said all his ECP tests were done by Murray's staff and now we know most, if not all, had no medical training. He left this guy who he had declared was near death in the hands of a staff with NO medical qualifications?? Jesus!
 
murray was in vegas one week then not there one week still had paitents attend when he was away. and the women would give ecg thearpy (none of these women are trained) take blood pressure etc.
 
good point the prosecution is making. Not only was Murray reckless with Michael, he was also reckless with pretty much all his patients in his clinic...

He should get another trial "just" for that. I'm shocked.

did murray ring sometimes in june to cancel appointments? yes. she didnt know he was in california. talking about the letter saying hes leaving his job. it was sent from the office. did murray tell u he was travelling to europe? murray told them he was working for mj. was she gonna keep working when murray left. yes another dr was gonna take over but it hadnt been set up. she was in the office on june 25th carol leah and sarah were aswell

Is that even legal? I wonder how Russel and several other feel that their lives were in the hands of untrained people. I bet he used them because he was too cheap to hire real help. Seriously, Murray is a cheap bastard.
 
Chernoff is a slimy dog. Trying to intimidate her by telling her she looks nervous? By asking what she'd been doing today prior to coming to court? Trying to throw her off, IMO.
 
showing phone records again. 11.18 phonecall made for 32 mins. call was made to the office. he didnt speak to her though. someone else. they went to lunch around 12 midday. her and the other women. got a call after lunch saying something had happened to mj. murray never called the rest of the day

To me, he's putting words in her mouth and she's just agreeing with everything (about Murray supposedly being "friends" with his patients, bla bla bla).

Who the hell cares if a doctor is 'nice' or not? Or if he's a 'friend' or not? How bout being a doctor before being nice, or a friend?

she had to stop working for murray cause of what happened with mj. (so its all mjs fault)
 
Whether he was "nice" or not has no relevance. He is responsible for the death of MJ, that is the only thing that's relevant.

It can't be legal. This guy had a serious heart condition which Murray, himself, described as putting him near death. What if these girls were applying pressue to his lower extremeties and it triggered another heart attack or something? And there would have been not a single doctor in the facility to treat this guy in an emergency. Craziness! EECP test seems like a stress test and my Mom has never had one outside of a hospital without medical personnel around becuz a side effect of having that test is it could TRIGGER a heart attack if the heart is overstressed during the exercise.

This treatment of Bob Russell goes to show that Murray is seriously reckless. He cuts corners medically and puts ppl's lives at risk.
