Murray Trial - 30 September - Day 4 - Discussion

I agree...He was a great witness...Straight, to the point...Didn't fumble...

is this the guy who was on the phone with murray on june 25th (paitent)

murray treated this guy in vegas (heart issue). murray told him he needed surgery talking about this guy having the op and being given diprivan by a qualifyed dr not murray. he was woken up during surgery cause there was a problem

my connection went for a second or two what happened after murray showed the guy his heart on the monitor

talking about murray telling him tthat he had the oppotunity to go overseas and work for just one patient, witness says murray was excited to take on the job

This witness basically confirms that Murray knew about his work in Europe "to care for one patient" somewhere in March.

guess all this is leading to the phone call murray made to him on june 25th. abit drawn out though imo. going through the motions interms of showing the relationship between the two

reading murrays letter to his paitents out about leaving to go work for mj

They have to show that the witness has no reason to lie about Murray and they had a good relationship. It also could show that Michael wasn't careless when he chose Murray since his other patients trusted him with their lives too and Murray wasn't afraid to tell them when they were about to do something dangerous.

This also show that Murray wasn't incompetent as the defense seemed to be suggesting in their defense on how Murray panic on June 25.

june 22nd appointment cancelled one around the 18th cancelled aswell. he wasnt happy as murray should have been seeing him on that day. wasnt happy cause murray told him he was near to death a few weeks earlier. murray was his only dr so he was concerned

Ah...maybe they are trying to imply that Murray didn't take proper care & assistance of his patient.

So if he wasn't incompetent he must of been negligent, or even deliberately neglijent.

june 25th in the morning he rings murrays office saying he wasnt happy wanted answers wanted murray to ring him or he was gonna sue murray to make sure he looked after him he felt abandonned by murray. voice mail from murray later in the morning gonna play murrays voice mail. the one he made while he should have been watching mj

he threatened his staff of taking legal action and preventing him from leaving the states thus Murray called him back wow great witness so far

This witness establishes when Murray was first considering going to London, when he had made the decision to go and when he finally sent the letter finalizing it. It also shows that Murray cancelled 2 appts. with this guy who needed a referral to another cardiologist before Murray left for London. He left a message with Murray's staff on 6/25/09 to rant; threatening legal action. Murray called him back later that morning. He's one of the calls Murray made on the morning of Michael's death. They basically when thru all this to establish a timeline of how long ago Murray was considering the job of going to London. To me, it also establishes how Murray ultimately began neglecting this patient once he had made the decison to go to London.
