I pray for a really... really intelligent smart and life and law experienced very selfconfident judge who has seen Murrays behavior at Forrest Lawn and who at best has three grandchildren as beautiful, as lovely as sensitve as sweet souls as Blanket, Paris and Prince. If he/she hasn't I hope whoever will look at pictures of the three young children of Michael and take a deep look into their eyes and into Katherines face at the memorial and burial before he/she will face Murray... that should help a really 'fair' treatment for Murray the best.

The American "Justice" system SUCKS. It might as well reward criminals!!

It could be also that the DA's office announced thar charges would be filed on monday just to stop Chernoff and co's bizarre PR stunt ... just before the "press conference" was supposed to happen.

If I was the DA, I wouldn't like what Murray's lawyers did, it's a lack of respect for the DA/LAPD and the whole procedure. They are supposed to wait until the DA files charges, not pressure him to file the charges. Could this be some kind of obstruction of justice ?

About the way Murray will be arrested / surrender is there a procedure about it ? Do they have to give him time to surrender ?

To allow a killer such as Murray to walk into a courtroom not handcuffed nor arrested is discriminatory against MJ. The ignorance continues. I wouldn't be surprised if Tom Sneddon didn't have a hand in all this and the way it's being handled.

I want to see Murray's mugshot. If the LAPD does not arrest Murray, handcuff him and post his mugshot, then I'll know in my heart that there is something really fishy going on and the LAPD is part of it.

I've read somewhere that the current DA was up against Mesereau at a previous case and he lost to him...
Isn't that a good enough reason to place the DA on Sneddon's side?

I just keep feeling more disheartened with humanity recently when the innocent are constantly punished and the guilty are allowed freedom and given misguided respect.

Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.

The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

how can u arraign someone b4 they have even been booked. its backwards. u get arrested/booked then face the charges in court.

Can't say I'm surprised. I expected this. No handcuffs, no perp walk, not 1 minute in jail. They're giving him all the details of his "arrest" to comfort him that it will be as painless as possible.

He will be booked first then taken to court. And stop worrying about him being in cuffs. Be more interested in the charges not the pop and circumstances surrounding them. Putting him in cuffs for a perp walk will not bring Michael back and won't change the fact that it once happened to Michael

Of course not. Nobody's saying it's more important than the actual charges. The fact it's even up for discussion is pretty sickening though, in the circumstances.

Exactly. Once this goes to trial, everything including the kitchen sink will be thrown at him. Even his academic & professional med school records will be hauled into court. The D.A. will be pulling out all the stops to see that at least they score a I.M. The prior record in this quote we are talking about is the form of a formal police complaint. Formal police Complaint or not it does not mean the D.A. can cut Murray some slack by allowing him to surrender instead of a swoop-in arrest and handcuffs.
