Oh, could someone explain a thing to me? This:

Why the screen shows Michael in a different pose than he's doing? Is it like a "2 Michaels singing" effect or something?

The footage being filmed has to be transmitted to the big screens, it creates a 'lag' of a few seconds. Perfectly normal and you'll notice it if you ever attend a big outdoor concert with screens.

I wouldn't say its a different pose, probably about a second delay to whats been filmed and transmitted to the backdrop and whats happening live.
