Upcoming rapper(maybe) Joel Ortiz, who's part of the rapgroup called Slaughterhouse has a new mixtape out. And instead of giving MJ some respect that he so deserves....for a goddamn change, this man decides to go beyond the line...like i said...uncalled for and very unnessecary.

I'm like doctor conrad murray, i kill mics
 
now that pisses me off...that is just so wrong....I hope he never loses someone he loves and someone makes a joke about it...this guy is an ass....I hope he never makes it big...I will make it my business to give him bad reviews whenever I can.
 
Completely unnecessary, but us saying that is never going to make any difference - there are some idiots in this world that'll say/do anything to get noticed. I can see him as watching the news, picking up on the most obvious story and chucking a line into his rap just for the heck of it. I just wish that more rappers would make intelligent music - I mean, there are a few of Eminem's raps (edit: just thought I'd use him as an example) that have meaning behind them, but those that don't just tend to be either insulting or downright dirty!
 
Disappointing, but I'm not surprised a 'rapper' would make a 'shocking' statement. Seems like a cliche at this point. I've never heard of this guy or his little group but safe to say I'll add them to my 'do not buy' list.
 
Seriously, even though that isn't a diss towards Michael, that rhyme is still too much - what's the name of the song from the mixtape?

And true, it's not a diss. But he's going way too far with that, something you just don't say.
Take rapper The Game for example, he made a tribute to Michael after his passing, and that
one felt really heartfelt, very good and emotional too. Thats how it should be done. And i know
rappers in general are always very raw with their lyrics, but there are just limits.

Yes, that was horrible and completely uncalled for...
But let's face it, there are always going to be people who say those disgusting things, they think that as long as it gets them attention, they're ok. We just need to do what Michael did - Ignore them.
Poor MJ...even when he's gone people don't leave him alone :(

Yeah, but my problem with Game is that while Michael was alive he had a song with a line that went "touch kids like Michael".
I think I've heard another questionable line from Game that I don't remember now.

Now when Michael's gone everybody wants to be a d**k rider.
 
who gives a toss with those so called rappers, back in the day MJ had much bigger and respectful rappers giving MJ credit. Biggie Smalls worked with MJ in the 90s.

The problem i have with rappers today is using lines or quotes with stuff to get thier name known out there, disrespecting MJ isn't going to get anyone to make a name for themselfs.
 
*shrugs* hes just some wannabe whos going to peak and fall hard on his ass after one album. Mikes got the upperhand. No one can top him, and being offended by these silly ass rappers are waste of energy.
 
tacky,cheap and ignorant and bad gimmick and what alot of rappers fail to see that without a MJ there might not be a rap industry, his reach is a category
 
Ahh dont let this effect you, too many pri*** out there who dont know anything trying to get there name about - this is one im sure there will sadly be plenty of others / we know the truth and we need to share it with the world
 
Don't really see an issue honestly. I don't see this as an insult to Mike. Insensitive? Sure. Welcome to the genre. Rappers make stinging punchlines about hot topics. They're not supposed to be taken at face value the majority of the time. At least he didn't actually attack MJ; not in my eyes anyway. If anything, I think it's more derogatory towards Dr. Murray.

Those of you who are fans of rap music probably listen to somebody who has said much worse... but of course unless it's pertaining to Michael you probably don't care lol.

So you can rap about shooting cops and slapping b*tches, but a pun about a well-known celebrity death is off limits? Gotcha ;).

I know that MJ is a soft spot for most of you guys, including me, but you really should search for the logic in what you say when you "defend" the dude sometimes.

Never heard of him. Guess that's enough said. He is only a long line of rappers that has attacked MJ. Names that come to mind: Eminem, Digital Underground, L'il Wayne, and several others who sited MJ for being "weird" or not being proud of being "black". Those morons don't know the sacrifice Michael went through to stand up for so many artists that were being taken advantage of. None of them have any real talent. Guess that's why they are either has beens, no beens, or can't sell any record beens.

That line is totally unnecessary. What also pisses me off is that in some song my friend played for me today, Lil Wayne raps "She's Michael Jackson BAD." Not really a diss I suppose but the fact that Michael's name even comes out of his mouth disgusts me. And the fact that he's making money from that (unoriginal) line.

He wants outrage from people, I'm sorry I'm so exhausted I can't even genuinely be outraged over this, good luck to Ortiz and his non existing career, that is where the real problem that prompted him to do this lies.
