The Jacksons - A Family Dynasty (Live TV Stream)~ ALL POSTS GO HERE!

Is that the kind of thing that you would do?

I have no idea what you're talking about. You won't find a single post on this thread from me bashing any Jackson tyvm. So the answer to your question is no. I can't speak for whatever it is you're doing but I don't have that much hate in me. So your post makes no sense. :D Maybe you should direct that question to yourself instead.

Don't burst an artery over my opinion. Do you.

No but you do apparently since you can't stop replying to me. :D And just because I refuse to call them names doesn't mean I'm stanning. :mello: I respect and admire all the brothers and I like their music. That's all there is to it. Don't get all huffy just because most people here disagree with you. What did you expect? It's a 'Jacksons Dynasty' thread... pretty clear then that you should expect to find J5 fans in here. :scratch:You're not the only person in the thread that's entitled to an opinion, you know. As far as I can see the only reason you are in this thread is to trash talk the brothers? 'Great' way to spend your time. Why not get outside or go do some legacy team work? :mello: You even follow the show's twitter account... you're just looking for reasons to hate people you don't even know. Sad is all I can say. :mello:

Respect is Lacks here.

Again my point is missed. I said they should try and WORK like michael. but this thread seems to be all one sided so forget all my posts completely. you all keep thinking the way you do and that will help you sleep at night. But what i said is truth. This is more then likely one reason michael wouldnt do anything with his brothers. So go on keep saying Michael wasn't the group when we all know if Michael hadn't joined that group there would be no J5.
I do not think the brothers needeed to work like michael. michael worked too hard and some may say that he worked himself into an early grave. That is not what the brothers wanted. The brothers wanted to raise a family and have a life outside of music, which they did. i wish michael had done the same. He may have been watching his grandkids grow up rather that not seeing his children grow up.
Mj's family and his kids were the most important thing in his life. i wish he had slowed down a lpittle and give himself more time to be with them.
The jacksons started their career when most kids were still plaaying with toys. They don't have anything to prove anymore. this is all just one show.

Well, that was a very sad ending. Just to hear that little voice singing so perfectly and knowing that person is gone forever all while they are showing his final resting place. It's just unbelievable. Anyway, it was a good show all in all. I'm bummed this was the last show of the season (I think it is, anyway).

And if any of the Jackson brothers are reading this, please enunciate when you speak. It's funny how they have to use subtitles on this show.:D

It's understood in my mind that the Jackson brothers are missing the major component without Michael, but I have enjoyed watching this series of shows. They are a part of my history, and I hate to see this show end if they decide to not go on.

To me, this show has been an extended view of the family of brothers that Michael was definitely a part of, and yes a major part. But sadly this may be the last link I can still watch and feel perhaps even a small understanding of what this family went through emotionally and musically. How it began and the roles each member played, where it led, the dynamic that was the Jacksons'.

Everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion, understood. Even the ending where the brothers walk into the mausoleum, I somehow could not imagine Michael having a problem with it and the way it was done.

There will always be different opinions amongst us, to be expected. But if this show is over, with no others to follow, I have to admit to feeling a distinct sadness. I was there when they started, and to know that not only is Michael gone forever, but also this may be the last time to see the surviving brothers together, this final episode was very bittersweet for me. :(

you obviously don't know me. So I will let your sarcasm slide.

If you want to throw personal attacks around...you are more than welcome.

But you have been warned....it's a can of worms you don't want to open.

I don't think the brothers should rush into anything. Like the producers said Michael cannot be replaced and they have to find a new way. They have to really want that and they have to work hard. Michael did work hard but that is why he was so successful. But no matter what they do it won't be the same.

There would be no J5 if it werent for Michael Jackson.
They are only living off of MJ's fame. They're nothing without MJ IMO.

None of you plan to give them a chance to live on without Michael.

I didn't say that. I simply say they had to find a new way that is different that what they have been doing. I am not saying that can't be successful, but they will never be the Jackson 5 again. They want to recapture that same magic, but Michael pretty much was the Jackson 5 magic, despite whatever Jermaine wants to think. Jimmy and Lewis realize it, which is why they directly asked them about what are they going to do now.

They have a chance, but they only really have once chance to get it right. Which is why I strongly disagree with Tito and Jermaine wanting to go on stage and just jam. The press will talk about them either way, but should not give them fuel to fire. They also should not show fans how disorganize they are without Michael.

I don't know about any one else, but that is my point. I really don't care either way though.

I agree with what you're saying.:clapping::clapping: But, I'm surprised the brothers would share a very private moment (going to FL cemetary) with the world. I have no problem with it, I'm just surprised. I love them, and I wish them success!

THAT is what im talking about! This is what i mean by working like Michael. Michael wanted to give us something great and in doing that he didn't want to mess it up! Jermaine and Tito are rushing and when you rush you dont sound right. Jackie and Marlon are RIGHT. So are jam and lewis.

Think how they were WITH michael... Even if they are this way without him whos to say that it wasn't the same way WITH him?

They won't be the same, that is the point. The will never be the same again because everything revolved about Michael since the beginning. Which is why Jimmy and Lewis said they had to find another way that works. Either way, it won't be the 'Jackson' sound anymore. If they tried to go the same way without Michael, then they are doom to fail. You heard how they sound, imagine how they will sound singing their old songs, let along Michael's songs in concert.

It is not that I am not given them a chance, but they will have to be realistic if they want to succeed.

I think they KNOW who really made the group. But cant you understand them? Cant you see where they are coming from? They are working so hard to put on a face that doesn't show their pain.

They will make the comeback and they may suck but come on you cant hate them for wanting it.

I saw the last Show. I'll be watching it again in about almost 45 minutes. The Ending made me cry to see the Bros come to Michael's resting place to give flowers to their Baby Bro MJ. Eventhough they didn't take us to the exact spot,I know where they were headed and I appreciate them even showing us fans that.I wish the series wouldn't have ended,I was hoping to see them Actually getting together and finally record the two songs and seeing Marlon's venture come true. Also Seeing Siggy and Marlon's family. That was Cute to see Daddy Jerm and his son play music together but I was looking for Jermaine Jr.,anyway,I know The first couple of shows will be on DVD sometime in the future and hopefully A&E will get more shows on.

Who said I hate them. Being realistic does not mean I hate them. It just means I am just being realistic.

I think they do know, but they seem to be in a form of denial at the moment. Which is why they danced around the question when Jimmy and Lewis asked them what they were going to do without Michael.

They can make a comeback if they want. I just don't either way.

Perhaps some of us hold onto the thought that the brothers with, and now without their brother, did have a connection that we can never know. How futile their efforts may now be is inconsequential in many respects to me personally; it's merely watching Michael's blood brothers doing whatever they are doing, me gaining a glimpse (perhaps unwarranted) of those that worked with him, lived with him, slept in the same bunks with, through it all, what they are like, their own distinct personalities, etc. It's about as close that we as fans can get to see the "family" that lived and directly or indirectly shaped the life that started Michael on his way to his extrordinary career-

People who say its for ratings.... that's a pretty illogical argument. How are you gaining ratings by doing something at the end of a show that wasn't even advertised?

Now if for weeks they had been advertising: "TUNE IN ON THE SEASON FINALE WHEN THE JACKSONS VISIT MICHAEL JACKSON'S GRAVE", then I could see people being appalled and shocked, because I would be one of the individuals up in the arms leading the fight.

Truth of the matter is, most of the individuals watching the show now are either Jackson Five fans or Michael Jackson fans, so ending the show like that didn't effect the ratings in anyway. And its not like there's a show next week, so showing Forest Lawn will have no impact on ratings.

Actually, they were advertising. I wanted to post their quotes, but apparently their twitter account is deleted.. And they advertised the ending like it was going to be something fun and exciting. I thought it was going to be some sort of announcement about an album or a concert. But definitely not going to the cemetery... Anyway, I am glad they didn't show the resting place. I think it would have been way too much. Still, I think the whole ending about Forest Lawn might have been too much especially after all the talks in September how they want to keep all this private.

Not for ratings of the show in my opinion for future projects but anytime something is said not in agreement with the family it is bashing. I guess Terry Lewis was bashing them when he said that about MJ the biggest star ever is not in the group because he is not here anymore.
Yes, Lewis is a hater bad Lewis.
For the brothers own sake they have to work and improve their abilities before they come out and perform or put out an album.

Their Twitter account is not deleted, I made a screenshot of some of their promoting tweets.

Hello guys! Please, can you give me a link where I can watch the last episode of the show? It's very important for me...thank you in advance

Yes, those are the tweets I was talking about.

confused about their account though. This link isn't working for me http://twitter.com/AllJack5sons. I get "sorry, the page doesn't exist". I don't follow them though, so it's not a big deal for me. I just saw all the retweets about the finale and got curious what it was going to be. Didn't expect Forest Lawn..

lol @ the tweet stating the finale will blow people away. smh. I guess it is one way of putting it. I think they needed big ratings so they have leverage when negotiating a second season.

I don't follow them on twitter, but all week I have seen retweets promoting the ending

I get what you are saying. I didn't buy any of the others stuff when Mike was alive except Janet's. I don't want them to fail but it doesn't really matter if they put something out or not for me.

Desperatly trying to find a link, I can't even find a torrent sadly. I know I'm going to be in floods of tears at the end!

People saying that the group won't be the same without Mike, it's not supposed to. Van Halen with David Lee Roth doesn't sound like Van Halen with Sammy Hagar. Many Diamond Dave fans never accepted "Van Hagar", but it still had an audience. Neither camp (Roth vs. Hagar) got into Van Halen with Gary Cherone, lol. Genesis with Peter Gabriel as the lead singer is much different than with Phil Collins as the singer in sound and subject matter. The early Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green & Danny Kirwan sound nothing like the later more popular version with Stevie Nicks & Lindsey Buckingham. The Temptations with David Ruffin was more soulful and with Dennis Edwards more funky. New Edition with Johnny Gill wasn't the same as with Bobby Brown. And it doesn't have to be the singer. It can be with musicians as well such as Prince with The Revolution is different than with the New Power Generation or Prince doing a "one man band" record. Duran Duran sounds different with Andy Taylor than with Warren Cuccurullo. So the brothers can adjust their sound. The last 2 albums (Victory & 2300 Jackson Street) had less or no Michael involvement. Sure, 'Michael Jackson only' fans aren't going to like or buy any new music the brothers might release (and didn't in the 1st place), but there are fans of the other brothers.
