I agree with Jermaine and did you see the look on his face when Mary Hart showed him the video of Murray at Forest Lawn? Cold look and not happy.

County District Attorney's Office and the LAPD over the terms of his surrender, the proceedings were postponed until Monday, according to the physician's attorneys.

Meanwhile, family patriarch Joe Jackson has his own opinion about the change of plans.

"They're supposed to do something today, but they're trying to sweep it under the rug," he told E! News Friday.

"I should have been smarter about what [Murray] administered to my brother outside a hospital setting," Jermaine told ET. "Michael was excited about his shows and he should still be here."

Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, Céline Dion, Smokey Robinson and Usher sang Jackson's "Earth Song," which was to be a central part of the artist's ill-fated This Is It comeback tour, at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards last weekend.

This is a good idea.....unfortunately I dont live on the west coast..I live on the east coast...If I could afford to fly there I would be there in a heartbeat.........but this is a great idea...

I think that was a typing mistake or something because I don't that it what Jermaine said. Mary Hart asked if Michael is responsible for any of this and he said no that the doctor is a professional and that he shouldn't have given Michael anything outside the hospital and without the equipment. I saw what he said and it looked all good to me.

This whole situation is just dumb-_-

All this behind the scenes meetings and talks! When you arrest someone; you just swoop in, cuffs, read the rights and take to jail. This involved a death and not a suspicion but yet they treated Mike jacked up. I'm not saying give tic for tack but it's matter of fact.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with that. However, I think it was more about them really not knowing fully what was going on with Michael and not trying to 'sell him out for money'. Although I love the Jackson family and my heart breaks for them, some of them didn't make it any better for Michael when they were talking about interventions including Janet insinuating they tried to help Michael but he refused. They might as well join Murray's the dream team.

This blaming Michael for his own death is totally ridiculous and it makes my blood boil. This is just like when he was accused of molestation; talking heads on tv and average joes who didn't know jack, were spouting off ill-informed comments about Michael being a pedophile. Now the same thing is happening now, only now according to the ill-informed (including some of the Jackson family members) Michael's so-called veracious appetite for drugs makes him responsible for his own death---he 'brought it on himself'; 'Murray was just doing what he was told', 'Michael demanded it'. Pure CRAP!!

MURRAY WILL NOT BE IN CUSTODY ON MONDAY (just in)

Dr. Conrad Murray will walk into court on his own free will Monday and face the judge after being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say counsel for Murray spoke by phone with members of the L.A. County District Attorney's Office this morning and the D.A. agreed Dr. Murray could surrender without being arrested.

Unless the LAPD intervenes on its own and hooks Dr. Murray up, we're told he'll show up in court with a bail bondsman on Monday. We're also told the recommended bail will be $25,000, which will be posted on the spot.

Sources also tell TMZ the arraignment will take place at 1:30 PM on Monday.

The judge will order Dr. Murray to go to an LAPD station for booking. It's unclear how long Murray will have to appear at the station.

Damn, TMZ knows EVERYTHING.....

I'm still not believing anything from them until it happens.

This is very upsetting. I'm tired of hearing IM. Someone wrote that Harvey said their will be a big surprise.....I'm still hoping on those words to be true.

Both of those Daily Beast articles are written by Gerald Posner who did the first print fluff "interview" with Murray, went further to write an article speculating that Michael injected and killed himself (despite the coroner ruling his death a homicide), went on show after show claiming that the autopsy photos were leaked, and on and on and on....in short, I would take anything he writes with a grain of salt because he certainly seems to doing his best to support the defense.

Absolutely unbelievable. So, is he going to be able to get his attorneys to negotiate his charge too?! This is not starting off well... Very first thing that happens in the whole process and he's able to talk the D.A. out of it. Smh.
