If he pleas not guilty, does this mean that he'll definately go to trial?
Pleading not guilty makes me think the defence are pretty confident..or a bunch of idiots, seeing as what we've seen so far points to at the very least some fault on murrays part, even most people who don't really blame murray for mj's death agree to that.

no. you then have a prelim or a grand jury and they decide if it goes to trial
hes hardly gonna plead guilty is he. everyone unless u are caught red handed pleads NG.then they may try and get a plea bargin.u dont pull the P.R stunts murray has if u are confident. or change your story 30 times

I honestly do believe it can be accidental on his part, but its still murder, just not on purpose.

Thanks for the info. Yeah i've never really followed any sort of case before so i don't really know what usually goes on.
Another question, can the fact that he changed his story a bunch of times be used against him? Like not actually taking into acount what he said, but just the fact that he couldn't keep his story straight. Same with his lawyer making a bunch of contradictory statements?

tom meseru was just on msnbc and they showed footage of murray going in a buliding it look new so i guess that was him going in to get charged not sure? Plus joe jackson will be on LKL tonight it's an exclusive as they call it!

On HLN and court TV they keep saying that yes he is going to be charged today and that it will be on IM...then they broke down the reasons why IM and not murder....I swear I hope that the LAPD/DA have trump cards that they are holding close to their chest....I hope they have evidence for a murder conviction....
