Amen to this post.

Some of the fans think that they knew and loved Michael more than his own family and what is worse, more than his own mother. He, I am sure, would be disgusted if he read some of your comments guys. Some of you are so hypocritical. It seems that you only would accept MJ the perfect. But he was not perfect just like none of us is.
I have loved him since I was 12 and I am 39 now. I loved him for his music and dance, for his humanitarianism, for the man he really was. I love him even if he did drugs, for he had a reason to do it. It is horrible to say, but he, just as his mother said, had a reason to do the things he did. I love him even if he did all these plastic surgery things. I do not care. It does not change the way he was as a human being,
You are trying to protect his legacy, but you are not doing it. You are insulting his mother, and tomorrow you are going to insult his kids if they say something that does not fit the build of MJ you created in your own heads.

I love him and will always love him no matter what. With or without drugs and plastic surgery, it was his soul that made him so special and precious in this cruel world.

I'm listening to the interview now. She also specified to Oprah that it was an overdose of Propofol that killed Michael, not just drugs or any old prescription drugs.

She revealed too much already. She was nervous. She's in her own home so she's more off-guard, but then again she let Oprah in. This should never have happened.

It is painly obvious she loves her son and is still emotional about his death. She is making mistakes though. She seems quite clueless about certain things..she must rely on what other people tell her. Is Randy still camping out at Hayvenhurst?

No it is not true. Oprah asked her if she knew it was perscription drugs that killed him. Katherine said she did not know at the time it was perscription drugs, she had only heard of the propofol.
Then Oprah asked her if she knew Mj had to take drugs to get through the day, etc (Ican't remember it all). Then Katherine says she knew he had to take stuff since from the Pepsi accident.
Oprah asks her if there were interventions. She said the kids told her about a them. Then she says Mj was in denial.

She in no way clears up the idea that MJ did not die as a raging pill popper, but adds to it. She also does not make the person aware ofpropofol versus persription drugs.

We don't know for sure that he developed an addiction immediately after the Pespi accident. We can't claim that for certain. At one point, he did have a problem in the 1990s, but to claim he was addicted the majority of his life? His liver doesn't match up with that.

I feel like Michaels reputation has totally gone down the toilet. I too had hope he would get the respect in death that he never got in life. I guess that was too much to ask.

I do not feel anything anymore except peace that MJ is at peace. I am not riled by their actions anymore since I've seen this fiasco played out since 10/10 when I first heard that an interview has been taped. It was peak for me last night with the fiasco over the song. I wasn't expecting anything else to come good from them. Since MJ's death people have shown their true character and the only perception that has changed for me is how I view the Jacksons not Michael.

he developed an addiction around 93 due to the surgeries on his scalp which is well documented. theres no evidence of anything b4. so now with the help of the jacksons and presley mj was a raging addict since the early 80's none stop till his death. i have to say im amazed at how healthy his organs were for someone who was an addict for 30 years.all this shows is how cluelss the family are about mj. they are like the general public.beleive any old shit that is put to them about their own family member.even more so when its started by one of their own

Its airing live now. Katherine just said Michael would tell her "I'm so ugly." Then she brings up that he just decided to get his nose done. Katherine says she doesn't know how he got his vitiligo 'fixed' and that he didn't want to look like a spotted cow. She is now saying he was addicted to plastic surgery and made the toothpick comment...LAWD.

I think I've given up on the family completely now. I don't expect anything good from them anymore. This way I won't be disappointed when they give another interviw. I am tired of making excuses for them. I can't believe the things that were said during the interview. I don't blame Oprah for anything, it was given to her on a silver plate and being a professional talk show host that she is she just took it. There was a million ways Katherine could answer those questions, yet she went with this. A nose as thin as a toothpick??? Seriously???? If Michael had heard it, he would be humiliated and upset beyond belief. It's one thing to hear such a thing from a tabloid and quite another, to hear it from your own mother who you adore and worship like a saint. This is ultimate betrayal.
