This is a very very sad day.

I'm speechless.

And guess what, forget what I said about the believers waking up.. I watched the 1st part twice, and I can garanty they'll jump on the fact that Katherine is scratching her nose while naming Conrad Murray... wanna bet? (even if minutes earlier she said crying Michael was dead)

Those beautiful children are the only good thing left.

i just woke up. and apparently, i woke up in time. because the only interview i saw was Paris. and judging from her absolute stability, and calmness and everything she said, what she said is in stark contrast to everything everybody else said about Michael, save Prince, who didn't say much at all. but he, and Paris' give me the impression that there was nothing wrong with Michael. that he wasn't addicted to plastic sugery, that he wasn't a drug addict, and that he was a great dad. period. i have nothing else to say about anybody else. period. i will say that Paris spent every waking moment with Michael, and she was the only one who did. along with Prince, and Blanket. they give me a great impression of Michael. and i don't care what anyone says..in my spirit, there was nothing wrong with Michael, and he was brilliant. and i am not delusional. and i just read the rules of the forum, again, before posting this.
 
God, all wrong. :( Katie... WHY?? :no: I'm very disappointed. Today was a devastating day for me. :cry:

I must say this clear and LOUD: THANKS SO MUCH, GOD, FOR THE WONDERFUL FAMILY YOU BLESSED ME WITH. MY MOTHER, MY FATHER, MY SISTERS, MY NICE AND MY NEPHEW, ALL MY BLOOD, ALL MY LOVES. I LOVE THEM AND I MISS THEM DEARLY.
They respect me and they have NEVER tried to get any profit of me or my work (of course I am not rich and not famous, but whatever). I see that respect and love is not a minor thing to have.

I love you, Michael.

I may sound like I am flip-flopping but maybe I can't expect MJ's own Mother who he worshipped and adored called his nose 'a toothpick'. Yet I agree with other things she said. Someone please come along and explain this mess to me cos I'm confused.

I think every fans should eatch this for themselves, it was a good interview. there were a few comments i could do without but you could see the pain in katherines eyes and when she spoke you know she loves her son and misses him dearly. The kids are doing very well with their cousins and adjusting to their new enviornment, they looks like they don't care for Oprah and Paris is a strong girl with beautiful eyes like her grandfather Joe mixed with Debbie's.

What would/will/have those children felt watching this show and hearing their father was "addicted" to drugs and plastic surgery, some graphic details included?

I don't know why it bothers some people that Katherine "lied" about filing for divorce, its nobodies business! I'm glad they cut the Joe/Katherine interview short.



The Jackson kids interview was interesting, it was neat to hear the kids talk about the masks a bit.. I loved how Blanket wiped his mouth and then shook oprah's hand - kids are funny!

I watched the stream and I have to say the interview for the most part was HORRIBLE. And it wasn't even like Oprah was forcing Katherine to say those things. She just volunteered all the answers. I could not believe my ears when she was speaking about the drug addiction and the addiction to the surgery. She also critisized the way Michael brought up his children (the masks and she mentioned that now they have friends as if before they didn't). Well, at least she didn't say "I wasn't in the room" when Oprah asked her about the trial. Katherine denied it, thankgod for that.

To me it seemed Katherine didn't even realize how damaging the things that she said are to Michael's image.

But she took the time to mention that all of her children turned out great dads (yeah, that's why Jermaine's and Randy's kids are living in that house, I guess) and she also spoke about the beatings like it was nothing, the most common thing in the world.

The only good part of the interview was the children. To me it seemed that Prince was kind of uncomfortable, but Paris was very confident and I think she's the leader of the three of them. When Oprah asked her what she missed the most about Michael and Paris said "everything", my heart just broke over the way she said it and the look in her eyes... So much sadness...

But Katherine's interview is a complete disaster. I don't even know what we can do to be able to clear Michael's name after what Janet, Lisa and now Katherine said. To the world, Michael is now a complete and hopeless addict, drugs, surgery, you name it, it seems he had it all according to this family.

I can't believe it. I simply can't believe this is happening.

The whole interview consists of assumptions, assumptions and more assumptions. Like, "he did the surgery and I heard people can get addicted to surgery" or "he said my own mother doesn't believe me and I heart that drug addicts are in denial and I didn't believe him". OH MY GOD. Why did she say all this? Why why why

Yup she did file twice -she just never went through with it. Katherine is old school - get married & stay married forever. It's funny we've been hearing Joe is living in Las Vegas - so he flew to Havenhurst to be present for this interview for appearances sake. Gotta make the marriage look good (don't mention all the affairs, illegitimate kids or that your husband is living in a different state from you) and the family too. Family first. :ermm: They claim to be concerned about how people see them. I wish they were concerned about how people will see Michael now after this interview - a drug addict for 25 years and a plastic surgery addict. No mention of lupus which caused damage to Michael's facial tissue and nasal cartilage. No mention of his charitable work - nothing on Michael the Humanitarian. Sad. :no:

LOL he fmaily live in their own little fantasy world where joe and kath have been happily married all these years all the bros are great dads and mj was the raving druggie as we need an excuse as to why he wanted nothng to do with us

The children had a telepathic relationship with his father. With only one look, he expressed so much and I believe there was a lot of mutual understanding between them, not just spoken words.

But she was talking in reference to recently. Oprah thopught she currently filed for divorce. That is why she was surporised to see Joe. Katherine was saying she had not. That is the way I read it.

How do you know she lied? both parties involved denied the divorce and we haven't seen any legal proof, shouldn't that be enough to tell you it was a tabloid rumor.

hahaaaaa wonderful! i didn't catch that. how wonderfully full circle appropriate. one of Michael's fav movies was the sound of music...and in that movie there was a classic scene, where one of the friends of the von trapp family was forced to shake hands with a soldier of adolf hitler, and, before he shook the soldier's hand, he wiped his nose.:) and Blanket is just a young child. so i'd say the moment was Divinely inspired.

I'm not surprised.

I have never given credit for mothers who leave their husbands beat their children.

What makes me angry are the messages on Twitter for the family (Jackie).

Things like: "The strength of ur family is astounding .. I love you all so very much"; "Much love to you and your Family. Your Mother is an inspiration to all of us"; and "I wish she was my family".

Only a twitter about the shame of exposing children.

I'll wait for the day when fans are able to defend the legacy of MJ,
