"he was wearing a condom catheter. thats been documented bag was prob emptied into the bottle

Why was he wering one? i mean why help with that? he was sleeping *so to say* why catheter him?

Because if you are under propofol you can't control your bladder. The urine would flow out uncontrolled.

MJ was to be put out for the whole night. They were not going to wake him up for a bathroom break. Hence he needed to have a catheter. For overnight.

EDIT: Probably because I've never been put up for more than 3 hours at a time maybe?
exactly and mj had a bladder problem as he was taking flomax

Yes, it did. I've been assuming that was done at the hospital, though, or by paramedics on the scene.

And Elusive? It's possible to have multiple bags of fluid going into the same I.V. line. (I know this because at one point, I had FOUR during childbirth but just one I.V. line, but that's quite another story. . . and carry on. .. )

the body guard was talking about the iv being in his neck before the perimedics arrived. he was talking about what he seen when he came to the room. the perimedics werent called until after that.
yea it is possible for more than one fluid to go through an iv. they can also leave a part(i forgot whats it is called) so they can inject drugs into it instaed of sticking you multiple times

If there were 2 iv lines already patent, and since Murray is a physician, possibly paramedics would not attempt another "stick". I'm not even sure paramedics can insert more "central" lines like an internal juglar (in the neck), maybe-

I could see a more radical attempt in the ER, like a "cutdown" insertion, we do know about the balloon pump insertion, but with someone that has had little to no circulating blood for who knows how long, simply starting an iv is not always possible.

also from what i remember the perimedics said they used a line that was already there

but he wasnt under all night? the other drugs would have woke him up right? if his bladder was full

the propofol would not wake him up thats true but murrays timeline was at 11 right? and he had an appoiment at noon so thats a short time?

sedation doest have to be catheter really im sure of it thats why i think its strange

Yes, I think that's strange, as well. Only the deepest of sedation would require that, or sedation for many, many hours. What this suggests is that something EXTREME was going on. . . . To induce that degree of deep/prolonged sedation outside of a hospital sounds insane to me!

We knew about the condom catheter from the autopsy report, but I've assumed this was something done at the hospital? This is the first time there has been an account (testimony under oath) of him having a catheter at his HOUSE!

not true elusive moonwalker

what isnt
and why is this even an issue .why are some posters yesterday and today trying to make issues out of things that arent really that relevent. first the cream now this

re alberto hes ruined his credibility but the bottom line is those things he mentioned ended up in a bag hidden. so they got there somewhere. its not like they were never found and its hearsay.

You believe things like that?! You can really imagine Michael doing something like that?

Pardon?!

You're suggesting I believe the peeing in front of people thing? Um NO. Whatever gave you that idea? Read my post again.

im sorry sophielo but thats not true

i had propofol and had no catheter... it depends *i ask a doctor* how deep you have to go under.. with surgery big yes but a sleep like michael or i had not

thats true... it also depends how long you are gonna be under. and mj "was" suppose to be under for a good amount of time

Ingelief:

I recall MJ did have a bladder problem. He had a slightly enlarged prostate according to the autopsy.

thx Autumn... thats my point exactly you are better in explaining it

I know that. I wasn't talking about that. I was talking about the neck iv rumour. I think I read somewhere that paramedics put an iv in MJ's neck, but I am not completely sure.

i remember them saying they used a line that was there but im not sure

yeah he was taking flomax which is for men who have trouble going to the toliet cause of over larged prostate

Both of the kids were up there Paris was singled out because she was crying. Remember this Murray wanted to go back to the house to clean up and we know from yesterday other people said the kids were there. And from what I read he did not say he was going to tell his story he said he might but he has not done so of yet it would have been better to sell it when the story was hot

Just, you still haven't answer my question and I am not asking this to be a smartass.

If Paris was upstairs, why isn't she in the AEG lawsuit along with Prince for the child abuse charge? Why did the family go on and on about Prince being there and Paris is not even mention. Even when Kai back up from her claim, she only said Prince may had went upstairs, nothing about Paris.

Also, the fact that he even humor selling it and is not good. You saw a person die before your eyes, why would you consider selling it, even when it is not so hot anymore. If something like that happened to you, would you honestly consider selling it?

Hist testimony still doesn't explain why drugs and the injection was still on the floor if he was picking up vials and putting it in the bag and why he did that instead of calling for help. Him not telling the police the above detail doesn't help either.

He may have told the truth about everything, but the fact that he raised such questions doesn't make him the best witness and I'm kind of surprise Murray's lawyers didn't call him on why drugs were still all over the room if he supposedly cleaned up.

It's now confirmed the court is in lunch break.

Lunch. I'm trying to wolf down my lunch and answer E-mails at the same time. Just a few moments ago, Harriet Ryan of the LA Times confirmed to me that Janet Jackson did attend the morning session. Alberto Alvarez's testimony is concluded. Alvarez testified that after he helped Dr. Murray move Michael Jackson off the bed and onto the floor he assisted in CPR on Jackson. Alvarez testified that Dr. Murray said to him, "This is the first time I've given mouth to mouth but I have to do it because he's my friend."

the catheter is not such a big deal. don't focus on it too much folks. let's not have the vitiligo cream the sequel
