First of all, as per Patrick Allocco from AllGood Entertainment, Leonard Rowe was on THEIR payroll. As per Allocco, Joe Jackson told him to get in touch with Frank DiLeo, because "Michael will listen to Frank." Allocco then got in touch with Frank and that's how Frank got involved. (This forum did an extensive interview with Mr. Allocco, and all of the information is posted on this board.)

There are two things that Joe and Rowe could "possibly" be talking to AEG about. One would be trying to find a way for Michael to do the Family Reunion Concert, which wouldn't interfer with his obligations to AEG and/or Joe and Rowe wanted in on the AEG deal.

In my opinion, Katherine Jackson would be in attendance to "soften" Michael up. I believe she was ALWAYS the go-between for any request the family had for Michael, i.e. "tell Mother to ask him."

Oh and I SERIOUSLY doubt Michael wanted his father there. LOL!

When was the last time Michael Jackson actually wanted his father to be involved in any of his business? As always Joe Jackson just inserted himself into Michael's life for the purpose of earning some money.

That still doesn't make sense. I believe they were in the meeting discussing matters about AEG. Also they probably were trying to get in on the deal or something like that. By this point, there would be no reason to still be talking about a deal that can't even happen to the CEO of another company. I would see it different if they were meeting with the All Good CEO but by this point they were trying to sue MJ and Frank. Also, that still doesn't explain why Joe and Katherine were there. It had to be for a reason because I'm sure Randy Phillips wouldn't even had entertained them if it wasn't so. Also, MJ wouldn't even had to have been there.... If they wanted to do some kind of family meeting, they could have did that at his house or Havyenhurst. They wouldnt have went to a hotel and Randy Phillips wouldnt have been involved. Also, who was MJ's representation at this meeting??? None of that stuff makes sense.... NONE.

Of course so. In my opinion Joe Jackson is the one who was PUSHING Leonard Rowe on Michael.

Joe Jackson knew if he could get Leonard Rowe on the "inside" then he too would be able to obtain a piece of the pie.

And if I had to chose one over the other, I would say Joe and Rowe REALLY wanted in on the AEG deal. I mean, the AllGood Entertainment deal was a relatively small, compared to the AEG deal.

exactly... Joe supposedly hadn't seen his son since the trial but as soon as he heard about Michael touring with AEG and 50 shows sold out, he went in for the kill..

So so sad... I feel so bad for Michael. He had no one but his kids who seemed to care, and unfortunately they were way too young to do anything.

And during this meeting, if Joe and Katherine believed their son was having drug issues, it would've been a fine time for a family intervention.. At this meeting they could've brought along the other siblings along with a drug counselor and any other medical professional to make sure MJ was alright. Joe and Katherine was all about the money and AEG. They didn't care about MJ and his supposed weight and frailness.

The "common folks" that comprise a jury pool are NOT just made up of the butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker. Today's jury pool is also comprised of doctors, lawyers, stockbrokers, and yes, the dreaded workers and heads of large corporations.

I'll tell you what jury members REALLY don't like and that's when folks testify to untruths!

I sat on a jury this past summer for 4 weeks. Young lady claimed her son was born with various medical and learning disabilities because of lack of air during child birth.

We of course felt her pain - AT FIRST!

She testified and dang near everything she said was a lie and EVIDENCE was presented to back up the fact that she was not being truthful. For instance, she said the child had a good school record, when EVIDENCE showed that the child missed weeks and weeks of school at a time. When they presented her with medical forms she filled out that didn't back up what she was testifying to, she said that was not her handwriting. On and on it went.

She asked for MILLIONS of dollars for herself, due to pain, suffering and lack of services. She also asked for MILLIONS MORE for her son.

Bottomline, her son got a small award, she was awarded NOTHING!

That's true about the Jury pool. Mine had 3 lawyers, a doctor and the rest were business personnel and general office workers. The judge did ask the lawyers if they would rely on his instructions, though, and of course they said yes.

He went on to say, if Michael didn't accept his final offer, then he would sue him. There was no lawsuit filed before this meeting took place, only THREATS of a lawsuit.

Joe and Rowe didn't care, they just wanted to be involved so that they could be paid.

The meeting wasn't held at Michael's crib, because after the meeting was done, he "probably" would have had a hard time getting rid of Joe and Rowe. LOL! Better to hold the meeting at a netural location, then when it's over, EVERYBODY has to leave.

Okay I understand a little better now... I was just trying to figure out why Randy, Rowe, MJ Joe and Katherine would be in a business meeting by themselves. Isn't this the same Nogood that lost their case after Michael died? Why do people who do not have a contract insist on making business deals for Michael and then threaten to sue him. yes they are the company that sued the estate for $ 300 millions + for that contract that MJ never saw nor signed, and they did file the lawsuit before MJ's death, then filed credit claim against his estate after his death.

I mean, according to Katherine Jackson lawsuit, Michael was "confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive and disoriented in the MONTHS before his June 2009 death."

Now notice it doesn't say days before, or weeks before, it clearly says MONTHS BEFORE his June 2009 death.

So I have to ask if Michael was all of those things (I don't believe he was), how the heck did they find time to discuss currency rates. See these are exactly the types of things that are going to trip Katherine Jackson up, in my opinion. I mean, why weren't they trying to get him some help, instead of discussing money, if he were so bad off?

In my opinion, that meeting is going to cause many problems for Katherine's lawsuit, once it's revealed what actually happened and what was said about both the AEG deal and the AllGood Entertainment NON-deal.

Which makes Randy's tweetes even funnier. He wrote that AEG should had told them that Michael wasn't doing well. If they did, he would had still be alive.

If Randy read his own mother's lawsuit, this was going on for MONTHS. So, they should had known. We also have Karen who claimed Michael was fine until his final week. She didn't say crap about this happening months ago.

Just enough example on how the Jacksons bend facts to suit their needs.

Jackson is the most vulnerable, quiet party in all of this madness, for he isn't here to have a say in all that, he is dead, can't return, can't take part in the trial against his doctor, can't do anything about it, and some still dare to blame death on this most vulnerable, incapable party that Jackson has become since June 25. Just like you don't know for sure it was Jackson himself that hired him.

The list of insensitive views on things Jackson-related - so as not to say people, right - is growing, which is disturbing, esp in light of Murray's trial. It is.

It's so sad when some take what are only rumours (CNN first account post 25J on Dr. Ratner's "supposed" used of the propofol during History Tour) as if they were plain facts...

One question related to the AEG complaint:

Katherine J. mentions that the "Riot Act" meeting took place on the first days of May.
Kenny O. was asked at the trial about his conversation with Karen F. related another "riot act" meeting that supposely took place 3 weeks before 25J.
Do you know if they were in fact two different "riot act" meetings or if there was any kind of mistake whether in the blog of TRials.. or on the part of the defense (confusing months)?

are you sure in Katherine's lawsuit they said the riot act was on the first days of May? if my memory served me right they claimed it was on April 17 , the day MJ was seen wearing those UGLY leopard pants and Blanky was with him at Klien's office, I remember I did a research and found that MJ visited Klien either that day or the day before .

during the hearing, I believe they said the meeting took place on June 19Th. I believe they are talking about the same incident but like everything else in her lawsuit , Katherine got that crucial date wrong.

as for that Ratner comment, we would have liked to pretend that everything CNN mentioned was a lie and another rumour, but there was an article that mentioned Ratner, MJ and propofol in 2000 , sorry that was no coincidence. They did not say Demerol, cocaine, heroin, lorazepam., valium..etc, non of those known drugs , they specifically said propofol which was not heard of by 99.9999% of people.

Both Katherine's and Joe's lawsuits refer to "early May" (Joe's specifically: 3 May) and also to the 18th June "riot act".

Kenny Ortega told DA about a meeting on 20th June where he was told off by Murray for having allowed Michael to leave rehearsals on 19th since he was not feeling well.
The defence asked Ortega about a conversation with Karen in relation to a meeting 3 weeks prior. (My doubt is about this meeting).

About that article in 2000, it is not true propofol or any other medication was mentioned:

"Would you give Michael Jackson drugs?" Lauersen's demanded attorney, Theodore Wells.
"I'm not going to discuss a patient's personal medical condition," Ratner replied.
In a telephone interview from Los Angeles, Jackson's attorney, Brian Wolf, said the singer "denies that Dr. Ratner ever prescribed any inappropriate medications or treatments."
Wolf insisted that any medical treatment is confidential and said Ratner was correct not to disclose it."

I have no doubt propofol was used. Ratner was unethical but he was an anesthesiologist and he knew what he was doing unlike Murray.

My question is does anyone think Murray will get Ratner on the stand somehow?

About Katherine's lawsuit against AEG

Well this was unexpected.

According to the documents
- They are suing AEG organization and Randy Phillips, Kenny Ortega, Paul Gongaware (CEO) and Timothy Leiweke (President) as individuals.
- They are also leaving room to add more defendants as they identify them.
- Michael Jackson's estate is not a part of the lawsuit.
- It states that AEG controlled Michael's life.
- It also states that Murray was selected and hired by AEG.
- It says that AEG- Murray agreement was done on May 8 2009.
- Murray starts working with Michael on May 15, 2009
- Murray asks AEG for payment of May 2009 salary on May 28 2009.
- June 18 was "riot act" and "though love" - they asked Michael to stop seeing Klein, only take drug from Murray. Murray was told to make sure that Michael attends the rehearsals or they would pull the plug and got their advances from Michael's assets and Murray would be fired.
- Murray also instructed to attend to rehearsals with Michael - which he reportedly did according to the documents.
- According to the documents Murray's agreement started on May 1, 2009 and to continue till the end of concert series (11 months). It also says that AEG had the power to control, oversee Murray's services and to fire Murray if needed - Michael didn't have these powers.
- The lawsuit says that Michael showed negative effects from Murray's treatments on June 18,19,23 and 24.
- The defendants are being sued on the basis of breach of contract (that they needed to maintain Michael's best interest in mind but instead risked it), negligent hiring, supervising and training (didn't check Murray's background and didn't hire or stop his treatment when Michael showed negative effects) and fraud (acting like they were looking out for Michael's best interests but in reality making sure that he'll continue with the tour and AEG would profit)
- They are also stating emotional distress of Prince Michael.
- and of course asking for damages

Chernoff brought up what Kenny supposedly told mj in that particular meeting that took place on June 20 , the date that Katherine got wrong. To impeach him he told him did not u talk to Karen Faye about that , he said he never discussed MJ's health with anyone from the tour.
