I swear, if the Prosecution loses this, I'm going to fly to L.A and punch Chernoff. There is no way in hell the defense are winning this case, they haven't provided anything of relevance. Just trying to make the witnesses look like liars over and over again and repeating the same B.S over and over again. I repeat, NO WAY can the Defense walk away from this with a victory, just no way.

Anyone think we should keep count of the amount of times the judge says "sustained"? Lol
 
The defense is an ACTUAL joke. So frustrating to watch.

Michael Amir is doing great at contending with such foolishness.
 
I hate to say it but tmz's has been good so far.. the stream is what I'm referring to.
 
Mr Williams testimony has been great. A true friend of Michael and he's completely right. How can you think it's an emergency when the person you call back doesn't tell you it's one. That was a brilliant, brilliant retort.

Murray is guilty so it is very hard to defend him.

yeah that was a great comeback totally posed. like he said if someone told me he had a bad reaction i wouldnt think it was fatal. if it was an emergencey then why didnt he tell me.. round of applause for that one.
 
Amir has been an EXCELLENT witness. Very credible, and unshakable. I think the defense gained no "points," at all. It was obvious where they were trying to go, but Amir was entirely consistent. I also think he's likable, and the jury probably won't appreciate his being ATTACKED, by the defense. That will backfire. So, good job!
 
Chernoff is repeating all over againe 'cuz he wants to mess Amir and make him admit that he was responsible for not calling emergency as well as Murray. If not to say much more than Murray

i also liked him immediately. he seems to be honest.

Agree! His testimony has been great. Strong witness. I wasn't sure how he was going to get over concocting that lie to keep Murray from the house but not wanting to be mean was good enuf. He came across as a nice guy who was also keeping his wits about him in a situation that was clearly becoming suspicious. Michael had died and he did the right thing in making the effort to keep the scene locked down.

Murray's done. So far the Pros. witnesses have been on point and unshakable under cross-exam.
 
I liked Michael Amir. He seemed nice and he did the right thing not taking Murray back to the house. Protecting Michael in a way. I liked when he said he was a fan too and sneaked chances to see Michael rehearse and Michael kept him busy lol.
 
Did the prosecution offer Murray a plea deal? This trial is just a waste of everyone's time. The defense has nothing.

I heard Chernoff trying to ask Michael Amir Williams if MJ had a personal assistant before him, and if he made up that position. What the heck? I guess he was trying to make the witness look bad, but the phone records don't lie.
 
Is the lunchbreak one hour? I didn't register what they said. I missed the first 25 minutes today when miss Brazil continued questioning of Gongaware and the defense's cross. Anything interesting there or just blaha blaha from the defense?
