now that would be gross negligence, wouldnt it?
 
Oh sheat...I think Murray's team is ready to concede that bastard was gone longer than 2 minutes. They are throwing out hypotheticals involving him being away longer than 2 minutes. Of COURSE, they would try and change this now. The ever-changing defense. GTHOH!

Steinberg is SLAYINGGGG...saying Murray shouldn't have been on the phone if he was on the phone.
 
This is the typical defence...one minute he drank propfol, then he injected him, now it's the lorazepan than killed him, he was only gone for two mins, now he was gone for longer, maybe he never had a pulse, whereas before Murray found a pulse...they keep changing it every time a witness debunks their theory.

Irrespective of what they say all of it shows negligence on his part, no proper equipment, medical people, leaving him alone.

Ain't this some foolishness!!! But we already knew it cow caca. Now that someone is attacking Murray with his own words, they are ready to change his words. Incredible. Never seen anything like this in my life.

Guy on HLN just said the defense was trying to find holes in the testimony but only made it worse.
