I'm home now! Walgren is a GOD! :heart: I Love Walgren.

He mentioned Murrays prints being on the bottle but not about Michael's not being anywhere.
 
Oh man. Walgren mentions again how Murray doesn't call 911 immediately re: standard of care; and says "We KNOW he knows how to make a phone call". Ha!

Guys this is about the trial. Please don't bring up pictures of Murray on the beach and talking about his personal relationships.
 
I have to go away for awhile soon, do we know if there will be a break before the defense starts and do we know if pros. will definitely have a rebuttal?
 
walgren mentions defense character witnesses (murray patients) that they got treatment in hospital with equipments and medical records etc
 
Anybody know about a break before defense starts?? It would help me to know, really...
 
Walgren is putting it into context that altho Michael may have received propofol he knew he needed to be monitored; that doctors had told him it was safe. He wasn't being reckless; he trusted Murray to keep his eyes on him; that a doctor who monitor him.

Walgren, you are a gem! I heart you and thank you so so much. :(

I am pretty sure it will start soon. Walgren had asked the judge if he wanted to call for a break about half an hour ago, so I am sure that a break will come soon.
 
Walgren calls Dr Whites theory JUNK science... garbage science...

i was under the impression the fingerprint stipulation the defense & pros agreed to stated that the lack of fingerprints specifically did not mean a person did not touch something... :unsure: so that they cannot use the lack of fingerprints as evidence???
 
Whoa--Walgren calls White's testimony junk science. Dayum! That's cold...but true. Call him out, Walgren!!
 
WOW!! Walgren is my hero! He is trashing White in open court! :) He calls White testimony TRASH!!

Walgren is ripping white to shreds...junk indeed. I like how he said white "was" an expert...
