I'm slightly confused by this. What are the cargo pants about?

Walgren is putting it into context that altho Michael may have received propofol he knew he needed to be monitored; that doctors had told him it was safe. He wasn't being reckless; he trusted Murray to keep his eyes on him; that a doctor who monitor him.

I am pretty sure it will start soon. Walgren had asked the judge if he wanted to call for a break about half an hour ago, so I am sure that a break will come soon.

i was under the impression the fingerprint stipulation the defense & pros agreed to stated that the lack of fingerprints specifically did not mean a person did not touch something... so that they cannot use the lack of fingerprints as evidence???
