I've moved this to Enough is Enough since ya'll seem to be taking action on it. Again please watch the agressiveness. It isn't necessary to get a point across. This guy is nasty we all already know that. Lets rise above it :yes:

First, the "masters" audio collection (200+ tapes) that Vaccaro has is really nothing more than the audio mix from the episodes of The Jacksons Variety Show, it is the audio that aired on the television show in the 1970s and thus isn't as rare as he makes them out to be.

The demo snippets he keeps posting online are nothing more than the widely available demos that he has downloaded from the net. Rest assured, there wasn't any Thriller-era demos in the collection he acquired!

He is doing all of this to promote the same site that Michael Jackson had shut down via court order back in 2004--where he charges $5 a month for access to rare pictures. Only now he pretends that the site is made "by fans, for fans" to sucker in the gullible. He is one sleazy opportunist. However, please see below for a big treat if you haven't checked in the 'Man in the Mirror' section of this forum (2,300+ unwatermarked and higher quality photographs of this collection and more, in much better quality than what you'd get if paying for access at his site--which many have done and reported they still couldn't gain access):

Michael Jackson Memorabilia Collection

Note: The first three packs in this series are from my own archival collection from the public memorabilia auction held in 2007. There are approximately 1,400 pictures included in the collection which spans 1,110+ different Jackson-related items. Only a small portion of these pictures were ever included on the "Secrets" site for viewing (and those had watermarks). Pack 04 contains 100+ personal writings, lyrics, letters, and more--some of them can also be found in the large photo collection from the previous packs. Pack 05 contains documents relating to the auction including an index of each item (which corresponds to the picture numbers in Packs 01-03), items withheld from the auction as a result of the litigation, and a run-down of how much each lot sold for in the auction itself. Thus, this is an extremely comprehensive set from the 2007 memorabilia auction.

MJJSource 16+ Minute Footage of Neverland (2004)

Note: No, this isn't a collection of pictures but rather a video, in keeping with the theme of this thread and the pictures above. In 2004 Michael Jackson hosted the final Christmas party at Neverland. One of his employees filmed the event and a 16+ minute video was provided to premium members of MJJSource before the site closed. This video offers a rare glimpse behind the gates of Neverland. Henry Vaccaro exgaggerates some of the rare items he now owns as exclusive and unreleased. The recording of Michael and his brothers talking about the Motown 25 and them making fun of Billie Jean, was actually released in 1983 as a fan club clear plastic vinly sent to members of The Jacksons Fan Club. I've had a recording of this since the 1980's, years before Henry Vaccaro got ownership of many Jackson family items.

The thing that I hate the most about Henry Vaccaro, is that he talks like he sued Michael Jackson in the badly made documentaries he's appeared in. When in fact he successfully sued Michael's brothers and parents company Jacksons Productions that Michael had nothing to do with. The only legal dealings he's had with Michael are from around 2003-04 (and maybe still on going), when Michael sued him to get his personal belongings back for reasons being Michael was never part of the lawsuit Henry Vaccaro filed against the Jackson family in the 1990's.

LOS ANGELES (CN) - An investigator claims the former owner of the world's largest collection of Michael Jackson memorabilia owes him $25,000 for his work finding assets to seize from Jackson's family.
Frank Coonis sued Henry Vaccaro St. and Jr., eight corporations and LLCs and four other people in Superior Court.
Coonis says "defendant Vaccaro" hired him in 1998 to find assets from the Jackson to satisfy a judgment that Vaccaro's company held against certain members of the family.
The Vaccaros became the owner of the world's private largest collection of Jackson memorabilia after years of legal battles with the family, who bought Vaccaro's guitar company in 1992, according to the New Jersey Star-Ledger.
Coonis says Vaccaro won judgment against Jackson, but the Jackson family said they had no assets, so he was hired to find them, which he did at a cost of $180,000 and hundreds of hours of work.
He says Vaccaro promised him 14 percent of the assets he recovered, including money and property. He says he has made "repeated demands on defendants" for his 14 percent commission, "but defendants have paid no monies to plaintiffs."
He seeks an accounting, an injunction, and damages for fraud and breach of contract.
Coonis and Frank Coonis Investigations are represented by Donald Ricketts.
Defendants include the Vaccaros, HHV Corp., and Vintage Pop Inc., all of New Jersey.

Yeap^^When you play in dirt you get dirty. It seems these two wonderful people deserve each other. There was Vaccaro still holding on to Michael's property when Michael was not part of judgment. He hirers an investigator to get Jackson property, and it seems the "Jackson" included "Michael Jackson" as well. They deserve each other. Now I understand why Vaccaro was trying to be involved in so many underhand deals--he knew he had some money to pay this guy and did not have it.

Vaccaro: Nothing in Storage that Incriminated Michael Jackson
Remember back in August when Anthony Pellicano, one-time private investigator for Michael Jackson was interviewed by Newsweek? In that article, Pellicano claimed that he "quit because (he) found out some truths…(Jackson) did something far worse to young boys than molest them.”

This, coming from Anthony Pellicano, who is currently serving a 15 year prison stint for wiretapping, isn't exactly what most people could call a credible witness. However, one of the rumors that I repeatedly keep hearing is that there was an item or two in the memorabilia storage that Henry Vaccaro bought, that were considered incriminating to Michael Jackson. I wondered if Pellicano used that rumor to spread more innuendo.

I never believed that Jackson was guilty of child molestation, and when I read Pellicano's story, I didn't believe his story either. Yet, I decided to ask Henry Vaccaro. This is what Vaccaro had to say about it:

"Absolutely not. This bum Pelicano (sic) is just trying to smear Micheal's (sic) name. Michael had him fired he was involved in wiretapping threats and went to jail. He never worked directly for Michael but for the law firm Lavley and Singer. I will state for the record that there was nothing incriminatin on Michael in the storage facility. If this snake Pellicano had anthing on MJ I'm sure Tom Sneddon would have known."

I then thanked Mr. Vaccaro, and here was his response, "I thank you, I also want you to know that there was nothing in any warehouse linking Michael to any little boys."

Mr. Vaccaro did not want me to speak publicly on this until now. He has his reasons. I want to make it clear that this blog is not about what kind of person you believe Henry Vaccaro to be. This blog focuses solely on what we all know; that there are still those out there who want to continue to smear Michael Jackson's name and legacy.
