If Michael does not put out a new album

Correction: Michael's first Billboard hit came in January 1970 with the Jackson and two years later as a solo artist in September of 1972.

He had like a 23-year streak solo wise with #1 hits (13) and 25-year streak overall (17).

Michael has the highest selling album of all time in HISTORY (there's approx. 6 billion people in the world just remember).

He has tons of Guniess World Records and is known to be groundbreaking in short music film, world tours and music awards i.e. Grammys.

He's looked upon by many current top artists as the greatest in history, hence why so many emulate him in many ways, through dance and through song and video.

Whether it's self-proclaimed or not, he's known as the King of Pop, which is backed up by his lifetime career achievements.

He is considered a true pioneer in everything he's done in the past. The facts are there, I'm just restating them.

i hope to be hearing new tracks from him soon also but in the event that he doesn't release any right away ... The NKOTB are putting some out this year :party:

I wish mj had that same energi as Mike Jagger has...he is older than MJ and still has it...you can see taht he loves to be on stage!
Seeing MJ in consert 2001 was actually sad i think.

adn you are never better tahn your last singel/album i think. so I really hope we will do somthing again....but he must only do it if he really wants to. if not it is never going to be good!

If Michael doesn't do anything new, I would be disappointed, but I wouldn't be shocked at all. Right now I'm leaning toward the possibility that nothing is coming, since the news has dried up. If I don't expect much, I won't be as nearly disappointed as I could be.

If he doesn't release new music I'll live, I still have amazing music that he gave us. If he does (WHICH I'M SURE HE WILL) I'll be in complete ecstasy for months...:)

I'm not even going to try to get into the whole discussion of whether he will or not, it's pointless.

Well if they wanna keep their glass half empty and try to knock our full glasses over...not much we can do to cheer up is it? LOL Especially when there is simply nooooo reason to have a half empty glass with all MJ has done so soon after a life threatening trial. Being pessimistic makes no kinda sense to me.

you've been doing a great job J5 :winking2: honestly, I think we all get a bit frustrated about Michael's career from time to time. some of us simply deal with the frustration differently. Personally i eat :hungry: well, actually now I am watching my figure, Gotta look good for Danny when the tour starts :wild:

Why get frustrated though when MJ hasn't done much yet to get frustrated about? LOL We all know MJ takes time in between albums, this is nothing new. I understand that patience is waring thin, but MJ hasn't done anything to lead us to believe that there is a reason to be frustrated. All we've been getting since 2007 is news from Mike and news from other artists about MORE and MORE reasons to be encouraged. You know how annoying it is when people keep ignoring this info? And then when anyone posts something encouraging it is always supplemented by 'oh woe is me. whaa whaaa whaaaa'

And it seems as those were just words gone with the wind, that they don't even matter. It's like, we have to be constantly reassured he is even working on an album, since it is not obvious enough. It is in no way different than the time he took for making other albums.

:lol: well, some of us are little more dramatical than others ... and take things a bit harder. But you have a point, there has been no information put out that should lead any of us to believe that anything is amiss behind the scenes of MJ's plans.

Guys, stop. Worrying never solves anything. If the album is coming, it will, if it's not, it won't. We have absolutely no control over what Michael chooses to do with his life or his career, and we can't change anything anyways, so there's no point in fighting over it. Do you think Michael would want us fighting over something like this? Of course not. So don't. :)
