You know what ? There alots of new people that discover the MUSIC of Michael Jackson...everyday and Michael Jackson has made alots of great music in the last 20 years i think...but its the music that keeps me being a tRUE michael Jackson fan. The music will never die.

I love all of of Michael Jackson music since he was 12 to now. Michael we love you! you make us smile everyday, i have never felt this way before to a man i never met in person.

The music AND THE VIDEOS.

I "happened" across the In The Closet video the other day. Now I have, of course, seen the particular video a bunch of times, but I gotta tell you seeing it AGAIN, was like seeing it for the first time.

I'm sitting there watching his body movements and I'm falling in love with him all over again. I felt like a school girl, and I ain't been a school girl in a dog's age. LOL!
 
its both the music and the person...well at least for me its like that!
 
dfinitely music and the man....i cant tell you just how many times Ive gone off to listen to a MJ track or watch a video and completely and utterly fell in love with the man and his music...it's like his music lets you feel the emotion over and over again forever!
 
It's the whole package that keeps me here! Everything about him as a person & entertainer! :D :wub:
 
Well it's the music in first place...I can't get ENOUGH of his music. I listen to MJ's music EVERY DAY..the same songs over and over and OVER again..and I just don't get tired of listening to them.

Then there are the videos, the dancing and the performances....THAT's what gets me "electrified" every single time I watch them. That's what gives me the "buzz". You know, I watch MJ dance and I can not HELP but to start bobbing my head and every time I see MJ dance..it makes ME wanna get up and DANCE. I can not sit still when I watch him. And I can't help but to STARE. The man just is AMAZING. Period. There has never been and I am pretty sure there never will be an artist that has the kind of charisma and aura and TALENT that Michael has.

And then there is the person. Michael is GORGEOUS, first of all....and he seems to be very very sweet, very kind, very humble, very thoughtful, very considerate...and very FUNNY!!! He just seems like a lot of fun to be around. Very smart and intelligent. I have never met him, but he seems to be a good person with a good heart.


It's the whole "package"....but I agree...it's the music that made me a fan. And no matter what people say about him...it's always the music they all still always love.

I grew up listening to MJ but it wasn't the music or the videos that got me hooked.

It was the LIVE PERFORMANCES (Dangerous Tour HBO Concert) and THE PERSON (after reading Dancing The Dream)...that made me a fan.

...the fans.
In the beginning, they were what got me interested and they brought me back. Of course there had to be substance in Michael Jackson to keep me interested, but the fans are the best sales people out there. All the good he possesses isn't really seen to the vast majority of people (they all know his music but that alone isn't enough for most people to become a fan), but you guys do not let them go without showing people the side that you guys see. His music is absolutely a big part, but the person is what endears him to you and grabs the hearts of the fans...and you all help show other people what you see. So you all are a part of the package as well. (in my opinion)
 
I always thought it was Mj,the music, then the vids. Mj 1st because its somethin about him that draws u 2 him, u wanna kno more about him which takes u in2 his music listenin to all these great tracks then makes u wanna see the vids lol
 
Like most other fans - I imagine - I became a fan through his music and the wonderful messages in some of his songs. I believe that a writter has to feel the sentiments in order to write them, like Earth Song and Heal the World, if it is not in their heart then it is not in their mind.

I am a fan of the man, his humanitarian initiatives, his acts of kindness to many who repayed him with a betrayal and his courage and grace in the face of the media persecution.
 
For me it was first the Music, so in a sense I agree...it's how it starts with most fans. However it was the man who made me fall in love with him and everything he did so I'll be forever hooked by Michael.

Oh then the vids take u into MICHAEL JACKSON LIVE its nothin like seein ur favorite song or video come ALIVE on stage
 
I discovered Michael Jackson first, and then I decided to listen to his music, then I got hooked and kept on wanting more and more. His music was addictive, Michael jackson IS addictive.

It is nice to be remembered...and I am glad you like the post. It's great to come back and see familiar faces. I missed this more than I thought I had.

There is no doubt, he has the complete package, fans and all. It's nice to see the family is still together (for the most part)
 
I've grown up in the age when Michael was and still is being attacked by the media. But once I started listening to his music, nothing else mattered because his music is soo good.

I became a hardcore fan of Michael's music when I was a teenager, but even when I was a child, I loved his songs. It's the music that keeps on bringing me back; even though I love all kinds of music, I always come back to Michael Jackson. His art just symbolizes something really special for me, and probably always will.

Aww Ape :) The family has fallen apart when MJNO closed.....they're everywhere now. However, long lost friends have been found here at MJJC and luckily there's still MSN :)
