uugh I feel sick...now I have to wake up every morning not only realizing that he's dead but also with the thought that somebody killed him

this is a nightmare........ MJ could still be with us....... hope this doc will be sentenced. He must lose his licence and go to jail.

Second, I think it's important that we all the same time understand that there's a different between manslaughter and murder.

This makes me mad. The fact that Michael could have died because of something this guy did just makes this that much harder for me to bear. I can't believe he let this happen to Michael. I swear. Whatever happened, I bet if the man had done things the right way, he could have saved Michael.

It depends who you ask...
A murder is when you have the intentions to kill with a "killing state of mind" - Meaning that you intent to kill.

But if in this case it will come down to that the doctor pumped diprivan into Michael by Michael's request, and Michael died from it. Then the doctors intentions wasn't to kill Michael.

What I'm trying to say is that I'd rather see that Michael didn't take any drugs against his own will, than that someone decided to murder Michael.
Either way it won't bring Michael back, but the thought of someone taking the decision to end his life hurts me more.

Yeah. Like you stated, they're not outright saying he's a suspect. That is very strange since everything we're hearing right now about the investigation always seems to come back Murray no matter where it goes. They wouldn't be after him like they are if they didn't think he was deeply involved in what happened to Michael or hiding something.

first of all diprivan is a dangerous drug I don't care how much they say michael insisted on using it the doctors were playing with michael's life and second michael was left to die this was not an innocent little mistake
so it doesn't "depend on who you ask", this is BAD...I'm afraid to hear what else they will discover this is going to give me nigthmares

yeah we know the difference......If you think about it there really is no difference to us...Michael is dead and someone killed him. They can put any label they want on it. Dead is dead!!! Murder or manslaughter who gives a shit how they label it. I am sorry I am irate just as many of you .

Giving diprovan is one thing and it's really awful but carelessly leaving MJ there to die when he could've lived...

And why do we keep talking about Diprivan when this drug is only being reported by the media and not by the LAPD? I take this whole Diprivan thing with a serious grain of salt.

I'm passed being sad.....now I'm just ANGRY. This was not supposed to happen and could have been prevented. I wish there was just one trustworthy person who could give us some insight. Liza was right when she said all hell was going to break loose.....
