there is no other doctors involved , there is 27 incidents of self prescribing by klien throughout three years .
hmmmm.....so this Craig Riveria ...he is a Senior editor......His statement speaks volumes to me ...this is what we have been says all along.....so why the LAPD are not following the money trail is beyond me.....
They also said that if second degree manslaughter is proven then Murray stand to serve 5 years plus....not nearly long enough for me........
They should lock Murray up and throw the key away. He should be in a cell till the very end. He is a freaking murderer and not a hero, he only cares about himself. Since the day Michael died until now this jackass hasn't once stated he was remorseful not once did he send his condolences to not just the family but to those three children. The first thing he did was to put a statement out saying it wasn't his fault, what a freaking joke. He kept injecting him all that stuff until this main died!!! I want this man to be locked up. He doesn't care about anyone but himself!! This man is a monster and his history proves it. He is not a doctor but a freaking murderer!!! In an ideal world Michael would get ''justice'' and Murray would be locked up. (In an ideal world Michael wouldn't have died in the first place). But since we are living in this world that man will prolly get away without being charged or a slap on his wrist.
there are no other doctors involved , there are 27 incidents of self prescribing by klien throughout three years . I bet my life none of them had anything to do with MJ .
there will be a case against Klien but it has nothing to do with mj .

i don't know yet:this doctors are or very smart or very stupid...and this is what the police should find out because this makes the difference between murder and manslauther!Dr Murray is so incompetent that he didn't realize that so many drugs in one night will kill Michael or he is so smart and he got paid to kill Michael and now he is doing his best to fool everyone and get away with it...
I don't know what's true, but according to this article, they are saying Klein did give it to MJ. Those expired drugs reported by TMZ - something will probably charged there too, maybe that's more serious. Not really enough evidence at this point revealed publically to my knowledge. I think it does have something to do with MJ as he wanted to be invited to the Jacksons (LKL), I could be the father, sending the lawyer to custody hearing, MJ peeing in a cup, having his employee say I was MJ lover, the ex-lover's interview on radar-online. It was all to intimidate the Jacksons & cause them embarrassment. His behavior shows a consciousness of guilt. Self-prescribing is not criminal, fines etc, loss of license to prescribe. There may be a way to get it back if you go for drug treatment for all I know. He hired a criminal & a civil attorney immdediately after MJ died. Again consciousness of guilt IMO.

The heat is on for Michael Jackson's longtime friend and dermatologist Arnold Klein who investigators believe facilitated the years-long drug abuse that could have caused the death of the King of Pop.
According to the warrant and affidavit for last Friday's raid on Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills, Calif. investigators were searching for records of medication Klein allegedly prescribed to himself then gave to Jackson.
Click here to see warrant (PDF).
The return — a list of items seized during the search — was filed Thursday evening in California federal court and shows that investigators seized, "60 prescriptions, 29 patient profile print-outs, three copies of DEA Forms 222 (Order Forms) and copies of inventories of controlled substances."
Law enforcement sources told FOXNews.com that Friday's search of the Beverly Hills pharmacy yielded records of Klein prescribing controlled substances to himself. ccording to the warrant for inspection and the affidavit for administrative inspection warrant, both obtained by FOXNews.com, between January 1, 2008 and July 6, 2009, Klein self-prescribed 27 controlled substances, which he filled at Mickey Fine Pharmacy and which investigators believe he gave to his friends — including Michael Jackson, who died of an apparent drug overdose on June 25.
The 60 prescriptions and 29 patient profiles were all related to the investigation into Jackson's death. The patient profiles belong to Jackson and aliases used by the star, law enforcement sources told FOXNews.com.
Investigators used the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES), a database of all schedule 2 through 4 drugs prescribed by doctors or dispensed by pharmacies or medical facilities in the state of California.
According to the affidavit: "The [CURES] report shows 27 prescriptions written by Dr. Klein in a self-prescribing capacity, specifically prescribing medication to himself, from March 2006 through May 2009. These prescriptions include the medications hydrocodone (Vicodin), modafinil (Provigil), diazepam (Valium), and injectable midazolam (Versed)."
A CURES report for the pharmacy revealed the same self-prescribing information found in Klein's report.
The day after FOXNews.com reported exclusively that Klein was the subject of a criminal investigation likely to culminate in charges related to medical malpractice, Klein's criminal attorney told the DEA that the dermatologist had never self-prescribed.
Self-prescribing controlled substances is in violation of California Health & Safety Code 11170 —but it is not a criminal act.
The penalties for self-prescribing include fines and a loss of a physician's DEA license to prescribe controlled substances.
Jackson died from lethal doses of the IV anesthetic propofol — which was purchased and administered by the his personal physician Conrad Murray — but investigators believe Klein's longtime facilitation of the pop star's drug habit was so egregious that it meets the threshold of a criminal act.
Investigators believe that Klein supplied Jackson with drugs obtained improperly — by self-prescribing, writing prescriptions using the names of Jackson's many aliases or giving Jackson drugs taken from his office.
In the coming weeks, investigators will focus on obtaining more records of Klein's prescribing history, law enforcement sources tellFOXNews.com.
