Everyday i wake up feeling like where is MJ at? I have not seen or heard anyone news since THILLER 25 so i ask me self..he has been hidding? I notice every year that MJ just comes out to the fans like in public like 2 or 3 times a year ! lol

MJ is hiding yes. But when his album is ready to be released, you'll find it hard to keep up with him. Dont worry MJ will be back soon enough. Just have patience my young padawan.

:rofl::rofl: Okay Yoda, we will...:)

But I agree with you, I think its positive that MJ is hiding, that means the album is not that far away. But I miss him, and I hope he release it soon!!!

Well I don't care if they say he is a miss , he is NOT!

Lol I am j/k , props to the thread title.

Of course people miss Michael, they are just to stupid to realize AND admit that :)

The world needs Michael Jackson! Not just us, the music industry is pretty much dead right now, nothing is really new or interesting, everything seems boring dull...

The world needs Michael to bring excitement back, huge tours, thousands of screaming fans!!! No one does that anymore.

^OK I wouldn't say everything is boring and dull, but most of it is.

We need Michael!

OH I agree
The world certainly needs Michael's presence
He really does make the world a better Place
and Much more exciting while doing it

Michael went underground with his children soon after Dianne Dimond went on tv and declared that she was ringing up schools to fingd out where his children were, also when the medias were circulating areas where he visited and asking people about him, like that hotel in St Michael's. Up until then, mj could be seen out and about and he was travelling more often. It is almost like MJ was coming out with his children, then that woman went on tv to discuss his chidren and that was like the last we saw of him.imo

I don't think michael is interested anymore, well seems that way to me.

He's writeing music, but that could mean anything, the songs he writes he could make money and give them to other people.

Im not holding out for a new release this year.

I feel that he's letting people steal his crown now. He just isn't the same person anymore.

He seems to be happy just being a dad.

I also think he's scared, its a young market and i don't think he feels he can fit in anymore

I mean look at vince some of the songs were so old fashioned and boring.

2000 watts was the most upto date he could do

That's not really true. Have you forgotton about the sticky tape/ bandages incident?? Or the time MJ's kids were photographed un-masked after they came out of watching a Vegas show? All of that happened way after Dimond admitted to calling up schools in California to find out if his kids attended.

If there was a release this year we would have known by now. Like 2007 was going to be the year , we just need to wait and see.

None of them have been public appearances. They have all been sightings. MJ was taking his children out on planes and only having their faces covered, we have not seen them in public for a long time and MJ has hardly been seen in public since.

Public appearances, sightings what's the difference? :rolleyes2:

Well, when MJ doesn't want to be seen he goes shopping late at night, as in the taped face. He had a black scarf around his face and had no intention of being photographed. A public appearance is one where he expects to be photographed, He is dressed appropriately, as in the London visits, his shopping with his daughter and his Japanese visits.

I refer to this as the calm before the storm...

I really miss MJ.He is my idol in terms of music. I really love all his albums.

I really miss him too. I think everyone feels it - obviously us fans do, but since word has been circulating that MJ is working on a new album and with the T25 fanfare & things like Fall Out Boy's tribute video, I think the general public is definitely getting a little antsy. A friend of mine (who's kind of a fan) & I were talking about how nostalgic we felt for the 80's and early 90's (even if we may not have been alive for a bit of it  ) the other day - especially in terms of entertainment like music & TV, and I was telling her that it's probably cuz there's nothing really exciting going on right now. It'd be nice if there were, but since there isn't I know that at least personally it's made me revert back to watching & listening to older stuff for a good while now. MJ is absolutely part of that. People miss having a big performance by a megastar to talk about the day after it happens, you know? People miss the energy & sheer power that MJ brings to his work - this is a field in which he do absolutely no wrong - one in which he's set the standard. And I think no matter how many of today's artists are celebrated and whatnot, they can never come close to possessing the same kind of power. They can't even emulate it most of the time. And people definitely miss that.

I think today's music industry is also heavily segregated too (while simultaneously is too blended & mainstream as well, if that makes any sense) so perhaps there can't be the same oppotunities for these other artists to take the limelight in the way that MJ had, but I won't get into that. The bottom line is Michael Jackson is truly missed and NEEDS to come back! He needs to show everyone that he's alive & kicking & just fine - that he's not finished so his opposers can, er, suck lemons :cheeky:. And then he can show everyone what real talent & skill is and kick some a** :D!

Ladies & Gents,
Hang tight...Mr.Jackson won't let you down...

Smiles~~~

That bloody Diane Dimond, she should be investigated or something - who calls up schools to ask about other peoples' children? It's harassment.

But I'm going off topic. I too am bored with the music scene. Every time I think about going to a concert, I consider different shows by different artists and I kind of feel like going, but I never do because part of me thinks that even though I like them, I don't LOVE them, there's no real excitement and it's all kind of blah. If you all know what I mean. The truth is there's only one concert I really want to go to.
