who created the graph. shaffer and some other dr did this graph they are talking about in 96

back to the 88 study. he was a fellow of don stansky (sp) for pharmocology

the data for the graphs is very important.ifthedata isnt correct the modeling isnt correct? correct.

what papers has he done on diprivan? listing loads of them. how was he involved in certain ones. did the modeling on one wasnt the priniciple investigator.

another paper he was the principle for the diprivan section. did u do human studies for this paper? yes he did.

another paper on diprivan which was a factious paper done in spain role playing white and dr eagar. . involved in a debate but the other dr had to leave so shaffer did both sides of the debate. why did u chose white and eagar and shaffer explains with no issues the debate was based on two parts of anesthetics white and eagar were experts in. (whats this gotta do with anything?

white wrote a book and shaffer wrote chapters on it after white asked. the books are ment as info for drs. they arent scientific studies .white wrote the chapter on diprivan

shaffer wrote in 2009 that he nominated white for an award inregards to the 88 paper mentioned above chernoff is now trying to discredit shaffer about white statements about orally taking diprivan. u said you were disspointed you said it infront of the world media (objection) you said a first year med student would know it. u said there were no oral studies on humans taking diprivan at that time cause it was so obvious. u read whites letter to flanagan? yes he did. u know that what white said was that is was speculated mj added lidocane to diprivan. (chernoff is saying white never said mj could have drunk it. just that it was speculated to by others and not white)

u know the circimstances of that letter? white did the letter in two days cause flanagan was been threatened with comntempt? objection substained. u know the letter was done based on there being diprivan in the stomach. lawyers talking over each other judge calls them to the stand

read the autopsy and tox report. know the amount of diprivan found in the stomach? 1.86 concentration. because of that he sent the piglet study to walgren. shaffer said there was no human studies at the time to walgren. this summer ian glynn was contacted by shaffer after white recomended him .glynn is a chemist. so then shaffer did the chile study with the students.. walgren didnt ask shaffer to do the chile test. chernoff says u know white commissioned a test in dogs white rang shaffer and told him the defence had done this study and there was no proof of oral bio availabilty

who paid for the chile study? students were not paid. shaffer paid the 600$ needed. study took 2 months. then shaffer wrote the paper and submitted it at a conference. he sent it to white glynn and another dr to add comments. despite the fact a first year medical student would know its ridiculous you carrying out this study? shaffer says data is the most important thing. instead of debating its better to have human data so he did the study so there was no question.

then u come into court and shove it down dr whites throat!!! objection substained.

u knew before u testifyed that white would say mj couldnt have drunk it?. no i didnt know that and dont know what dr white will say when he testifys

Dr Shafer answered "correct" to this... chernoff calls his study ridiculous and Dr Shafer says "correct"........ hmmmm

I haven't been watching (sheer cowardice) but am I to understand that Dr Shafer is agreeing with everything Chernoff is putting to him?
