Make you wonder, did the defense talk or even try to guess what these witnesses will say or did they just decided to guess and see if anyone said something they want to hear. Maybe he should had gotten the person who was more involve with the tour instead of the person that some fans, TINI, and Karen sees as the devil.
No, you're not the only one. Like when he said he didn't understand what Kenny Ortega meant with the 'tough love' part of his email. I'm sure he knew.

i guess thats the prob with a hostile witness. some old motions said whether the defence had even talked to these witnesses. cant remember what was said about philips. i guess the defence hoped philips would repeat his supposed comments to some press outlets. im surprised chernoff didnt do that and at least try to make him look like a liar. then again hes supp to be a defence witness!

We don't even know if these statements even existence. No one has shown a copy or the media outlet where this supposed comments happen. We only have fans' word and some fans tend to either exaggerate or outright lied. Especially the TINI crowd. I'm certain if they did exist the defense would had brought them up.
Of course I don't want him to help the defence in any way, don't get me wrong
I wasn't criticising him, I was just answering the question as per my observations. And my observation was that he might not have been completely sincere.

Because she will make Michael sound weak. Just from what she has said in the media. This is what the defense wants.
He said it took him about 15 minutes to drive there after he got the call.

goes to june 24th rehearsal. last dealing with mj? it was an amazing rehearsal. i had goosebumps. even though ive been in the biz so long. i saw him hug kenny and travis. mj went to dressing room. and randy walked mj to his car. mj put his hands on his shoulders. mj said you got me this far i cant take it from here. and he gave randy a big hug and that was it

Chernoff is a sneaky bastard. What AEG being sued or them losing money has ANYTHING to do with this case, I do not know.
Michael died due to the gross negligence of Dr Murray in his administration of propofol and subsequent care of Michael, nothing more, nothing less.

He was just guessing the time. Walgren's pointed out the ambulance weren't called until 12.20 and didn't leave until after 1pm...he accepted that was probably the time he arrived

Phillips just got the wrong time, he doesn't seem that accurate on dates/times.

Walgren asks if anyone either him or other folks at AEG ever discussed of pulling the plug, he says no as they had a contractual obligation to MJ just like he did. Says it had never gotten so far to consider it.
