That's a good question. I don't really know. Oxman has said before that MJ liked to document his life with video, - you could accumulate alot, I know I have with my family. I would imagine it could possibly be in multiple locations. I consider MJ a pack rat so my guess is the estate has most of it as it probably got stored, but I bet his family has a bunch too, more recent stuff was probably stored on computer. I hope Katherine & the kids have all of it, but the estate took control of his Las Vegas rental home & stuff taken from Neverland is my memory. The estate & the family are not getting along & this could be a dispute.
 
although those are NOT the same items who is stay Michael wanted to sell them..

Can't wait for his next tweets from the courtroom like he did last time. 'Hey, guess what, I'm in the courthouse metres away from the man that killed my brother but you know what I'll do, I'll get my Blackberry out and tweet about how unfair it is that the press get better seats than we do.' Give me a freaking break.

@randyjackson8 You cant stop collectors from selling what they own or what MJ gave to them.
Plus You own family has items in it.

@randyjackson8 items up for auction are NOT from Michaels personal estate or from the prior auction stopped
it is from personal collectors

@randyjackson8 You seem to be out of the loop when it comes to Julien Auction
the issues you raise have already been adressed. & answered.

@randyjackson8 Julien acution has an anual auction on those dates_it wasnt chosen becuase of the date of MJs passing

wow...all very good point. I don't have anymore patient w/ Randy's rants. I am officially declaring he has a few loose screws that need to be tighten (to put it nicely).

With a criminal past....and child support issues with his exes? No way in hell.

Imagine how his own kids would feel if that was the case...Eeeeewwwww.
 
I do think it is very embarassing that the fans are more updated/informed than Michaels own flesh and blood. That WE the fans needs to correct him on these things are pretty sad. You would think he would be more involved. We are talking about Randy the one who are fighting of the exectutors, you would hope he had more information before making these rants- it looks stupid for his case.

If Randy wants to be taken serious and wants support he then needs to get the facts straight. How can anyone take him serious when he obviously is so misinformed... and him being so misinformed over THIS? Five minutes of research would have been enough for him to know what the whole deal was about.

Does the family even communicate with each other? He didnt know about the Jackson family foundation/museum, he mixed up this auctioning with the one of last year.. but how cant he NOT know that Rebbie is openly involed and is indeed auctioning off some items? Once again, just a little research and he would have had all his answers. Oh lord Randy.

What does he get out of to create unnecessary drama all the friggin time? Support? Well, someday hopefully "his supporters" will call his ass out too! He cant be playing this game forever. It is tiring..

The estate should lead any tribute concert...otherwise it is bound to fail.

All these amateurs want their piece of the pie...I am glad it is cancelled.

In my opinion, ANOTHER one of Randy's apparent problems is that he does no independent research, he just repeats what some "other" folks have said to him. Folks that obviously don't know what they're talking about.

I agree with this. The moment I realize that people (whoever they might be) do not know what they are talking about, I can no longer take them seriously.

I - not related to Michael, not live in LA, not been to MJ exhibition - could spend 1-2 hours researching on the Internet and find solid visual proof that the auction items are not the same.

And I'm sorry to say, I can never take anyone seriously if they don't or can't do the same research and talk without knowing all the details.
