Showdown between Howard Mann / Katherine Jackson and MJ Estate

TMZ Live saying they will have a story re the money side with Katherine, Joe, etc. within the hour.
 
Its shockingly unbelievable that MJ Estate did not buy all the items from the storage including the unreleased tracks and pics, and all the Jackson family items, and let them to whoever could buy them... like this Mann.

Its unbelievable.

Well Michael wanted his stuff back. First of all it was family storage and Michael said he didn't know that storage had his personal items. In 2004 he had a lawsuit against Vaccaro for $100M in damages. At that time Vaccaro was threating Michael with releasing personal information such as sex toys, nose sketches etc. Then the case got dropped because most probably with the other trial happening this wasn't something that Michael could focus on.

Vaccaro had the ownership of storage sometime in the late 1990s when Joe didn't pay the bills.
Michael had a lawsuit against him in 2004 which later he dropped.
Later in that year he also said he sold some of items to an international buyer.
Estate came to an agreement with him to get some items but in 2009 he claimed those items were stolen and sold at auction without his knowledge.

Now suddenly they turn up in the possession of Mann.

anyway I also think these demos could be very old. This is a quote from an old story

Vaccaro managed to win a trove of Jackson memorabilia, including roughly 60 unreleased master tapes from the King of Pop, containing early demos never before heard by the public.

Why is it that family members don't consult their lawyers before entering into agreements with persons who's true intentions are'nt known to them upfront?

The Family and The Estate needs to work together or more of this type of thing will continue to happen!

Thats partially right, but Mann offered all the items to Katherine a few months ago.
At least, MJ Estate could look for the items and buys them for any price, at least because of the unreleased tracks, in fact demos. and personal things.

The other thing is that Janet was totally passive and did nothing, and in 2009, or even in 2008, when it was clear that Michael signed a deal with AEG, he personally could buy all the items.

Like Ivy said, MJ and Janet put a stop a this in a Nevada Court. Vaccaro promised to return some items. But strangely, they were stolen or sold.

Sorry, but the executors are doing the right thing

Vaccaro got the ownership of a storage locker after Jackson's didn't pay the bill.
He also used to have a pay per view website (jacksonvault) to show the items.

so by the way it's reported it looks like Mann got the stuff from Vaccaro.

So true so true. I just wish she would stand up to Joe and Randy and all the slime balls whispering in her ear. Just let the estate handle MJ business Katherine, PERIOD!! Respect your son's wishes. He clearly wanted the estate to handle it not your money grabbing husband and other family members.

I think the estate should attack them with everything they can. I remember this scenario where this guy from the stotage unit was told he must return the items and he said they were stolen. If I am not mistaken, by law, if you buy stolen porduct even if it was fair and square (and it was stolen becuase the person who sold it did not own it and was orderd to return it) then you are SOL. You have to return the merchandise.
 
Hey remember they guy that was selling the fans letters in e-bay...he said he found them in a storage locker...I wonder if that is this clown?????

there is no evidence of the religion of whoever you are talking about. after a time, several different religions were mentioned, within that family. JW was only in the early years. also, the guy probably might have not revealed anything about his past. most shady people don't.
 
every day there is new drama .
from all this i can see priorities of jackson family ,it is always about money .i can imagine them doing all kind of sleazy deals and them Michael clearing their mistake .
that is why i am more worried about kids .
up till now joe was in lime light now Katherine and we will be seeing randy .....saving a day:doh:
he is really focusing on getting custody of mj3,that is why all this is coming out.in plain view he is throwing his mother under a bus.

I will never say a bad word about Mrs Jackson because to me the biggest problem is the fact that her children are sitting around letting it happen. Adam Streisand and the estate will make sure nothing goes to far but the Jacksons some of them to let this happen to there eighty year old grieving mother is just disgusting

Katherine and Rebbie are both still Witnesses. but I beleive her comment is directed at Katherine.
 
The only ones screaming about this book are the fans. Have not heard a word about this book from the estate and when you look at this book the pics seem to be years old and seen before. Do what I plan to do don't buy it.

well...not to go offtopic..but the family seems like a mystery to me...they allowed for an autopsy...i didn't know if that was JW approved..

but..anyway...again..this guy might have not told Katherine about himself..

I think folks are trying to trip her up...taking advatage of her when at her age should be just chillin and taking care of PP&B. Everytime I look up, here's Mrs. Katherine being put into an uncompromising situations, (business deals).

i agree. but it's no surprise. this is for these vultures, the ultimate senior citizen con festival. they have found their DREAM senior citizen to con.

and i already know that conning senior citizens has been a big recent problem in the united states.

JWs are not against autopsies. (I know, I'm sorry to go off topic as well). Katherine might not of known about him, but I am just upset that her children are not protecting here from all of these no goods. It's just really, really sad.Mj had so much he was carrying on his shoulders. And now it seems a part of that is now on Katherine.
