Taryll Jackson tweets...

From his tweet on the 7th to now, Taryll has YET to discourage fans from buying the album or refusing to support. He's made it clear that it's those 3 particular tracks that he would not support. Other than saying Teddy lied on Twitter or that one of the Cascios betrayed Michael, he hasn't made personal attacks....

YET Teddy has made personal attacks towards 3T, Cory Rooney, John McCain, and Will.i.Am on Twitter, along with insulting fans.

IMO, they've BOTH been unprofessional and they both should've gone through better channels to resolve this in private. 2 grown men arguing on Twitter...smh

Also, Taryll hasn't been "constantly" tweeting. Before and after Michael's death, he rarely posted. Since the beginning of the Breaking News/ Michael debacle, he's only tweeted 14 times whereas Teddy practically LIVES on Twitter LOL
 
the cascios seem like a really nice family. eddie seems cool.

I don't think they would allow a fake album to be out even if they thought some of the songs are Michael. They should have taken action to stop or postpone it until their concerns were looked at. The only time I see anyone complain is when something good is happening for Michael and they are not a part of it. I have seen a really scary trend with this family since Michael died. I don't know the Jacksons or the Cascios. But I will say this. The Cascios did the best job in 5 minutes talking to Oprah compared to the last year and half from his very own family. I am not saying his family don't love and miss him. But they haven't been helping him either.

absolutely true. even though it is sad, it is true... it seems that showbiz HAS to change you,one way or the other. I am glad that it didn't change Michael that way - not that it didn't affect him badly, but not like this... :(

That is a good idea, because if I remember correctly Teddy made some different statements at the beginning from what he said on the O show. I remember he kept saying wait everything would be disclosed, don't ask him ask the Cascios, he got the song already worked on and he made it better, go with our feelings (something like that), and other things. Therefore, a chronological list will show how the statements changed or remained consistent.

Twitter is good if you think you have nothing to hide. But it's bad if you try to explain something because you can write only small notes meaning you just can't explain anything.. :lol:

Excellent. You are saying what has been in my head for some time. By putting bits and pieces of Michael in the song, the experts can say he is in there, and they will be right. Consequently, Ty cannot say Michael is not in the song. He has to use another defense.

I'll tell you one thing I notice. He has a lot of PASSION for this situation, too bad he didn't show the same PASSION when Oxman was running around calling his DEAR Uncle a "drug addict" 2 seconds after his Uncle passed away. To my knowledge, Taryll never tweeted about that!

Where were his PASSIONATE Tweets when Klein and Lester were making their outrageous claims regarding Michael's children. To my knowledge, Taryll never tweeted about that!

Where were his PASSIONATE Tweets when the Mann contract was made publc and everybody saw how Mr. Mann is basically ripping off Grandma Katherine. Folks are OBVIOUSLY taking advantage of his elderly grandmother. Where are Taryll's angry tweets regarding that? What's the message there, it's okay to shop on Mann's crooked site, but it's not okay to buy my Uncle's new album.

I smell AGENDA and it has nothing to do with Michael's legacy, as far as I'm concerned!

The Jacksons only get upset when there is money to be made and they aren't in line to get paid.
 
see the problem i have with these tweets is taryll is tweeting against the songs and from what i gather the album. If these tracks were so contraversal why are they not taking legal action against anyone? If these tracks are indeed not Michael then someone needs to pay for pulling a fast one over on not only the fans but the entire mj world. i want to first hear these songs as a whole not some snippit or half assed remix from a no name dj. I want to hear these songs with my own ears and judge them with what i know and what i hear.

Now that I've heard the entire album I'm even more surprised by Tarylls tweets. Michael's voice in Hollywood Tonight has the same sound as the Cascio tracks. I think the conclusion should be that MJ's 2007 voice sounded a little different than usual. Or he may have tried out a new singing style. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it's certainly not just the Cascio tracks that have this sound that some (sadly) claim to be fake. So no wonder Taryll isn't taking legal action. If he were to be right he would be involved in this fraudulous affair himself.

I'm with Taryll on this one. Like him, I think HT is blatantly MJ, the others aren't. I'm hearing exactly what he seems to be hearing.

Same voice? Come on now....far from it. HT sounds different because they put autotune on it, you can clearly hear it. But the voice on the three Cascio tracks is nothing like HT, those vocals sound very different. Its fine that you believe the vocals are really Michaels, but them sounding exactly the same..definitely not :)
 
One thing that has surprised me immensely through all of this, is just how subjective human hearing is. I knew it was subjective, but not to the degree we're witnessing.
 
^ Well of course not exactly, but the same thing is off from usual Mike to me. Darker, less clear (i'm excluding Keep Your Head Up here obviously which is one of the most Michaelish songs I've ever heard),comparable to Shout also. But hey, it's really weird all our ears are telling us so many different stories. I know I would probably have doubted the authenticity of Botdf or Money (the dark parts) when released now for the first time. Michael was so versatile and gifted I would almost see this controversy as a compliment to his vocal abilities.
 
Yes, the Cascio's been loyal to MJ for yrs! But, the same can be said about 3T! There were no complains by fans up until now when talk of fake vocals started! But, all of a sudden some who liked the Cascio's don't like them anymore and those who liked 3T before Don't like them now! Interesting twist! It's a real shame too! Is all I can say! Hope one day we get the real truth!?

I agree, it's very irritating. Personally i got nothing against the Jacksons, 3T, and the Cascio's. First of all i don't know them personally but they all seem like good people, i have seen some people cussing at the Cascio's cause they don't believe in the three songs, neither do i..but don't go throwing shit at them cause i do think they deserve alot of respect.

I truly smiled and felt happy when they spoke about Michael, how he enjoyed spending time with that family , celebrating Christmas and all the funny little things they told about him. It's great to know that he had such a good time there and true friends when he needed them. If only he had simply stayed with them and never anounced TII...:( sigh.

Actually there is some scientific research done about this. What it all comes down to is that our expectations and pre-notions determine beforehand what we hear (or see or interpret etc.) For example, if we expect to see something and our brain is overloaded with unselected images, we automatically make those connections that confirm our preset notions. (We for example magnify these images or those images that confirm our believes and disregard others.) In other words, we see what we want to see and hear what we want to hear; our brain will always try to make those connections it feels comfortable with.

You can compare it to the famous drawning that either looks like an "old woman" or a "young woman", depending on how you look at it. Objectively, and in reality, it is nothing more than a complex sketch of one dimensional lines on paper; our brains make it "three dimensional", our brains sees "an old woman" or a "young woman", that isn't there.

Regarding these songs. I really do think and believe that if you have this preset idea that this is not Michael, you will find "evidence" that it is not his voice. You will magnify a vibration or a specific tone that confirms your beliefs etc. This is why forensic specialists use computers to dissect someone's voice and put the tone and layers of someone's voice in a colour spectrum. No colour spectrum is the same. This shows that someone's voice is unique. (Important note here: even specialists do not trust their own ears! But hey, what do they know!)

In this regard, I think the whole debate of Hollywood Tonight is very interesting, for this discussion shows painfully how subjective hearing works... HT is a non Cascio and is therefore beforehand regarded as a Michael Jackson song. Monster, BN and KYHU are Cascio and by some therefore considered as non-Michael. And here it gets important: the forensic specialists probably investigated all the songs on the album and compared them to songs from previous albums. If HT had the same voice signature as BN etc.; they were all sung by the same person. It is very hard, if not impossibe, to fake these results.

Like I stated, and to get back to the topic, if Taryll is truly convinced of his allegations, the answer is simple: hire an independent forensic and compare all the songs, including the song you worked on.

Sorry, if this was a bit scientific and no, I do not work for Sony.

PUBLICITY IS WORTH MORE THAN GOLD. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME TEDDY REILLY HAD A MAJOR HIT? OR TARYLL JACKSON FOR THAT MATTER......GO FIGURE.
 
Question, why is everyone so quick to believe nonfamily members, but label family liars immediatey? I am sure going to court is not a decision hewould make on his own. I know ppl don't like the family but MJ said over & over that he loved his family. He never bashed them publically. Would we want him to read how fans are bashing them now? Just a thought. No family gets along 100%.

The Jacksons showed their true colors over and over again ! this family want nothing but money and they want money for nothing ,,free money ! and if they did not get the money they will attack the person who would not give them the free cash !

they did this to Michael and the bodygaurds and the press know this , Latoya , said Mj pedo,,,Janet said MJ caused her psychological troubles, Joe said he made MJ , Randy said MJ is a drug addict and bed reidden,,,Jermain sang word to the badd,,Kathrine said MJ nose was a toothpick....Only becuase he did not do the reunion which is simply MJ singing dancing killing himself on stage while they are shaking their fat butts !

and now the 3T say the Cascios & Teddy(who did not let them get their usual free cash) are liars and fake the song...

i'm sure if MJ was alive and refused to include the 3T songs , they will do the same to him !
 
so did he bother to tweet about that discovery channel episode about his uncle or that is not part of his " SAVING MY UNCLE'S LEGACY " program.
dang i hope that comes with some kind of brochure,then it will be easy for jackson to follow.
