Yup, those niggling thoughts...I haven't been able to get rid of them...Sometimes I wanna give up on the hoax, and I am almost ready to..But you're right...no closure right now....will there ever be?

i think its the way the article has been qouted,she may have said it that way,but all i think it means is,i want instead of wanted to remember him laughing and smiling the last time i saw him,in other words,thats the memory she wanted to keep,

I recall reading that as well, "various" members being quoted. But I couldn't say for certain that Katherine ever made a statement like that. If Michael saw any member of his family a week before, it would seem to me to have most likely been Katherine. Don't know if JW's celebrate or recognize Mother's day, but that's normally in May, isn't it? Perhaps Michael did see her around that time, give or take a few weeks.

She wanted to remember him as he was the last time she saw him alive.

i think parts of funeral were private, for people who didn't want the media attention...so all the details might not be known, for absolute certain.

i was actually very surprised when i heard this. like you, i thought it was just Joe. somehow, it's difficult to imagine Katherine not taking that last look, even if only for closure.

on the hoax front, though, she could be telling the authorities, "honest, i didn't know because i didn't look at him in the casket."

even if Mike is alive, however, it seems that he does not have any contact with the family because of all these things happening especially relating to Ms. Katherine's collaborations with questionable people.

i wonder if we'll ever be able to figure this out.

yeah that's probably right. I just wanted to get the timeline clear(er) though..

July 6
- I remember some security camera video that shows cars coming out of somewhere, the description said it was some private memorial and that randy was there. The video itself was very dark and blur, so I couldn't really tell who was there and what was happening.
- Also, There was a video of Karen Faye and Randy Jackson visiting Forest Lawn. (morning\noon time?)

July 7
- Before the public memorial there was some private ceremony (again?). where was that actually? the media took aerial photos of them all day. Katherine, Joe and the kids were spotted there too. The reports said THIS was the open casket ceremony, obviously it wasn't since both Joe and Kate are saying they never saw the body after he passed... wishing to remember him like he was.
- Public memorial.
- According to TMZ the casket brought back (?) to Forest Lawn.

almost two months pass by while Joe said he "doesn't know" where the body is when asked.

September 3 - The actual funeral. Michael's casket was brought there in a funerals car.

Now I'm sorry for my ignorance. I'm not a Christian person and as you may or may not know, Jews and Muslims need to do the funerals as soon as possible with no delay. Mostly, there isn't an embalming process going. So I don't know and don't have anyone to ask lol.

Forest Lawn is a cemetery... which is a place where people get their final resting place. right? Do cemeteries usually keep unburied bodies before the funerals? for how long? in what condition? (frozen, temperal grave?)

I mean... If we're going to believe Karen and Randy went to see Michael on their FL visit, obviously Michael needed to be there already.

After the Memorial the body was taken back to FL - then, allegedly kept there for another 2 months.

so where was he all this time? where could FL cemetery (FL) keep that big casket? could it be they buried him way before September 3?


Now, another thing that caught me - LaToya often talks about the open casket ceremony and how Paris gave Michael the necklace. It may be just me, but i think it's sad Paris went through this without Kate and Joe, who couldn't bear going there. I know she had other family memembers with her but...idk:no:

There was a viewing and final preparations on July 6 in the evening and LaToya and Randy arrived first. When they first arrived there was light out but it was sunset, but by the time they left, it was night. It was shown on ETonline and TMZ.

Yea a couple who doesn't even live together anymore! Katherine live in California and Joe In Vegas! I hope it isn't for appearances sake cause who don't know the truth about them and their relationship? lol It would be a waste of time! So confusing!
