The Jackson family, wants folks to CONTINUE to believe that their family is a solid unit, a shining beacon, and a role model for all, in my opinion.

Oh I definitely believe that is another issue of concern.

Alejandra has been in the house for 20+ years. I'm sure she has heard exactly what Jermaine may have thought about Michael not wanting to join the brothers on stage again. And whatever was REALLY going on between Jermaine and Stacy Brown. You know when you are upset over a particular issue, you may say something in the heat of the moment that you don't want repeated.

Samething goes for Randy Jackson and his numerous failed attemps at wanting Michael to enter into some sort of business arrangement with him.

In my opinion, Alejandra's story will revolve around what the JACKSON FAMILY had to say about Michael, when they thought nobody was listening.

A judge today scheduled an eviction trial to determine if the former wife of two of Michael Jackson's brothers can remain in the family's Encino home, which is being renovated.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff scheduled the trial for April 25 when the two sides were unable to agree on a plan for Alejandra Jackson and her children to move to a condominium.

The condo would be paid for by the late singer's estate in exchange for her agreeing not to write a tell-all book about the family.

Lawyers for the woman also said their client might have a palimony interest in the Jackson family compound. She was previously married to Randy Jackson and later to Jermaine Jackson.

Beckloff said he hoped the eviction trial could be averted through negotiations.

``What makes sense is for you all to make some kind of agreement, especially with minor children involved,' the judge said.

Attorney Howard Weitzman, representing the estate, told Beckloff he preferred going to trial sooner.

``The frustration is they are getting another free month of rent,' Weitzman said.

Weitzman said he believed Alejandra Jackson should have to pay for part of the utilities while she is living at the Encino compound.

But Robert Kashfian, on behalf of Alejandra Jackson, said that would be illegal.

He also said needs extra time to prepare for the trial because he wants to take the deposition of Katherine Jackson.

The family matriarch, who is living elsewhere during the renovation, may have said things to her former daughter-in-law that could help his client's case, Kashfian said.

Michael Jackson alone held the title to the home, but his mother may have had the ability to act as his ``agent' and bind him to certain agreements with other people, including Alejandra Jackson, Kashfian said.

The Jackson estate has offered Alejandra Jackson and her children free use of a condominium until they become adults, provided that she sign to a confidentiality agreement. However, the woman's lawyers say she does not agree with the scope of the agreement as proposed by the estate.

Exactly, no one in this family is concerned about Michael and what she or anyone else has to say about him. All they are concerned with is 'saving face' funny how they don't realize that they've lost their 'face' DECADES ago.

But my take is - it could well be a tell-all about how the family has been interacting since Michael's death. All the behind-the-scenes dealings, etc.

As far as I'm concerned, Alejandra is trying to call The Estate's bluff, but I would advise her that they don't give a damn about her, its not like she would be writing a tell-all book about them, so they won't be budging!
