What comes to mind when you hear the name Michael Jackson?

..I get a visual in my mind of Michael doing the moonwalk from the 1992 Bucharest concert.

Yes, lets stay on topic :lol:

I just think about Michael, I can see his eyes and smile that's about it none of the glitter or fame just Michael the human being :)

Same here. But I think about whole Billie Jean performance. Not just moonwalk.

And gold pants, that's a really memorable thing :mello:

I have another one that I think of frequently now. I first heard it from some British nobelwoman who used it to describe Michael when being asked about him during an interview. Perhaps one of you will remember who said it.
It is.......

Nobel

and the other thing I think of is the words to Rudyard Kiplings peon "If" which to me describes nobility. I think it describes MIchael, our nobel genius well:

[IF]

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

Yes, that Kipling poem fits very well.........

And along with all else of good things; his smile, sense of humour and sometimes being incredibly goofy:lol: and funny.

A "complete" man. The complete package ( and no, I am NOT) going off topic-_-:lol:

I love that poem so much and yes, it was written for Michael. It reminds me of another poem call 'Footprints' which was read to Michael at Neverland when they had the support coming together for MJ during the trial.

I don't actually know what comes to mind when I hear the name Michael Jackson. I just think "OMG THEY SAID MICHAEL JACKSON, GOTTA LISTEN TO WHAT THEY'RE SAYING" :lol:

When I hear 'Michael Jackson' I think of him at the Grammys in 1984 and being shy to take his glasses off. It is one of the greatest moments in his professional life and was before all the crap started. ^_^
