I've been hearing this more and more on TMZ live by this Mike Walter's guy...even though he once admitted that he's a fan of Michael's, a few days ago he was on and he said "those crazy Michael Jackson fans" in regards to those who visit MJ's grave site. I don't know about you all, but that really ticked me off. :(

MJ fans are strong, different but intelligent.
Like Modulation said, they are afraid.
Have I ever seen a MJ fan being afraid? No! Simply because we know the facts, we are one with each other.
Those who believe the weak are the weakest. We shouldn't let us down because of them. We have acknowledge, we are the ones who dare to make a journey.
They obviously don't.
Believe in you, MJ and you will always be ahead of them.

Bless you

Don't let them get you down! :better:

I think it's about them being insecure and feeling weak. They pick on other people just to feel better themselves. They do not have love in their hearts. Hopefully they will find it one day...

We, MJ fans, have the best teacher!

I,m used to people calling me 'weird'
i don,t care, it says more about them, then it says about me....
People like to look in their own little space of what,s normal and what not.

I am proud to be Michael's fan. Don't even care what the other say. If that makes them feel better - let them. They don't know us at all, they don't know Michael at all. No one treats his fans the way Michael does and it's two-way-street, so focus on positive sites of it. Together we've been through thick and thin and that makes us stronger then others, who can only claim we're weird.
Just look what they've done to MJ, this calling us 'crazy' means really nothing to me.
God bless you and just be yourself

then I'm proud to be 'crazy'! ;) who cares what people say anyway? be proud of yourself as a Michael Jackson fan.

Their fear and jealousy causes them to call us names. No one ever in history has had such devoted fans as MJ. They are also jealous because the love we have for him is so abundant. He is and always will be loved by the world long after the others have been forgotten. What we call love, respect and admiration, they call crazy.

The people that call us "crazy", are the ones that read the cr*p posted in tabloid newspapers, and believe it like it's the gospel. If people actually done research, they'd realise that infact, what they read is actually false.

We're proud to be Michael Jackson fans, and we're stronger than all those losers put together!

I was going to go on a long rampage about how the term 'Fan' doesnt mean to follow someone blindly or to be crazy about a person... because in my eyes, fans of michaels are the most intelligent and kind I have ever met... Michael fans research EVERYTHING, and arent stupid or 'crazy' enough to love someone unless they deserved that love.

...then I looked up the word 'Fanatic'. It originated around 1520 and meant 'insane person' haha!. Maybe Mike Walters is right after all?!?! hahahaa

I guess because we contradict what the media class as facts, when in reality we are the ones who know speak the facts...
Because we don't listen to what they say about him?
We try hard to love him, before we judge him...

Who knows, all I know is there is no crazy person on here, the people on here are all honest and kind people on here, if more people were like the people on here the world would be a better place !!

Listen; we are the good.. they are the bad.
Omg.. Even my brother says im insane :/

I have been terrably hurt by all these people who call me strange and wierd, because of my unbreakable love for Michael.Even today some of my classmates were talking behind my back and I heard them say that I'm so crazy for loving Michael Jackson and making trips to other cities, because I want to be with other fans and share my pain with them.Who are they to comment me?Who are they to judge my deep love for this person?Who are they to tell me how to live my life and what to like????????????????

I dont think he was being malicious calling us crazy. Crazy in the sense that we would do crazy things to get close to Michael.

Every artist has crazy fans. They also have much more normal ones though. Although some people do take it too far with plastic surgery to look more like him etc etc.

That's the thing... MJ fans are for the most part loyal. Many people don't know what loyalty means and seeing this kind of love and loyalty makes them afraid, angry and downright nasty. To most non-fans (still don't like the word fan) it just looks strange because they have a hard time fathoming that because to them it's weird how fans can be so loving and loyal toward one person. And it's true, that most of us wouldn't shower somebody with that much love and loyalty just because they're famous.

But that's not it. There's a special bond going on between MJ and fans that despite all the public frenzy, screaming and fainting transcends all everyday issues. Even, and especially in death. Love is eternal and both MJ and his fans are the best expression of just that.

MJ fans simply tuned right into Michael because they somehow could feel, even from a distance, that he was different. Essentially he did things the absolut "uncool" way. You don't win popularity contests wearing black pants that are slightly too short, you don't make friends pointing out what's wrong in the world.

When he first passed suddenly everybody remembered what we knew all along.

You are soooo right, when he passed and the whole world went into MJ fan mode, I was glad that people were finally recognizing him, but it ticked me off that it took his death for them to realize how much of a genius he was, I felt like saying to them where were you in 2005 when Michael needed you ??

We cant let others stupidity and meanness get us down. They label us ''crazy'', ''weird'' becuase they dont have the same feelings as us? How stupid!
We know why we love MJ and if they cant see what we see thats there downfall  :)

People who are not average, who are different somehow, are often called crazy and weird. And yes, MJ fans are different ... more loyal, more devoted, more long-term, etc.

They say that we are crazy because we are very very loyal anf faithfull
and because we love a person that they think is crazy.

Because the love is beyond their comprehension. People fear what they cannot understand, so they label us as "crazy" and conveniently stash us away in the same box that they put Michael into.

Because some have turn MJ's death anniversary into a party. Fans renting PARTY BUSES to shuttle people to Forest Lawn..WTF?

Good point! I couldn't have said it better myself. They're just saying they don't have the same feelings as us!

Well, if lovin' Michael makes me crazy, then so be it! I just can't stop loving you, Mike!

I don't care what they say. I am "crazy" and I am a Michael Jackson fan, and I would not live my life any other way. As Edgar Allan Poe said, "I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity." =P

In any case, those who criticize others for choosing to reject the cookie-cutter mold lifestyle our society pushes on us every day are simply too closed-minded to realize the error of their ways. I pity them, to be honest.

At least I chose my "crazy" life. They had theirs chosen for them by the society they slavishly help support.

So, to the TMZ guy and all others who say stuff of the sort, I may be "crazy" (by your standards), but I'm also an intellectually gifted and artistic person whose idol actually DESERVES the love and admiration he receives from his millions of beautiful fans. So crazy I may be, but at least I'm not a second-rate tabloid vulture with no life and zero talent.

That's it exactly, we are not doing what most other people are doing, thus the label 'crazy'. But 'most other people' are too afraid to think for themselves, that's waaay to ardous and courageous..

But what are MJ fan's really? In my observation, they are people who:

1. appreciate great art
2. love orignality and creativity
3. feel a connection to God / the universe / humanity / nature
4. want to go to beyond the staus quo
5. feel a sense of purpose and meaning beyond the mundane life
6. are sensitive
7. are open minded
8. devoted
9. loving
10. faithful
11. willing to take the hard road
12. willing to stand up for what they believe.
13. Have a sense of their own authority
14. Believe in their dreams
15. want to better themselves
16. Love and respect a remarkable individual who helps them be these things everyday in everyway :D

So I guess that's crazy? Yeah, all this is crazy all right, we could do none of these things, and potentially have a much 'easier' life. But then we may as well not be living!

We're not afraid to live, or love - that's why we're MJ fans. And so shall we remain. Amen. :punk:

envy. that is the reason. when someone is at the end of their rope in envy, they lose all reasoning and call you crazy. people are always envious of people that they call crazy. they know you know the truth about Michael. they know you'll never stop being a fan. they know that all the attempts against him have not parted him from the pinnacle symbol of an artist's success..and that symbol is having fans. chart success can be forged and counterfeit. but sales cannot be. the media can even lie about sales. but seeing fans so extra enthusiastic, belies the media lies about sales. so fans are the ultimate determination of an artist's success. and everything has been tried to part MJ from the ultimate sign of his success. and everything hasn't worked. so...the fans are labeled 'crazy'. envy of MJ. envious of the fact that he has fans. envious of his talent. envious of him as a person. envious, envious, envious. so..the next time someone calls you 'crazy'...feel good about it. and, of course, remind yourself that you are amongst the sanest people on earth. it's the naysayers that have the problem. you are the intelligent fact laden ones. they are the unreasonable belligerent naysayers. and they know it. so they are left with saying...'crazy'. so, yeah...i've been called 'crazy'. and i actually feel good about it. i know that i am not. and i know that i am loyal to a legitimate human being. and they, the naysayers, know it, too.

What's crazy are those who are against standing up for a human being who wanted nothing more than love and harmony for all of man-kind. A human being who decided not to resort to wars and hate speech, but instead decided to seek out info and knowledge of all that this world has to offer (different cultures, countries, etc...), and express it through music. Far from crazy...
