Is Michael Jackson touring before the end of the year?

It's never been mentioned by Michael or confirmed by Michael.
Its just another rumour - one of many ... not much we can say.
 
I am pretty sure he'll be performing before the end of the year but I don't think he'll do a major tour ever again.. He HATES it. lol!

I think he will be more localized this time.. Have a set of performances in specific areas.. Instead of somewhere new everynight.

i would kill for michael to tour but i dont think he would ever do a huge world wide event like he used to, more localized shows like KOPV pointed out.
i have to see him in a concert one day i just have to.
 
I think a 50 date world tour wouldn't kill MJ,25 in North america and 25 worldwide. I think he could have Janet and his brothers on select dates.
 
I really doubt that he would tour much now as he has stated before he doesn't enjoy touring plus touring just may not be an ideal situation for him now that he has children. ;)

what would be hot is if he would turn Neverland into a huge outdoor concert arena and do some dates there.

that way he could annoy the hell outta the SB police department security wise -and all us fans could trample down Santa Barbara

No. Because he is not ready yet, first he will release his album probably in November or Desember. And will tour maybe at the beginning of 2009? Thats my thoughts

And I believe if he does tour, it is gonna be small just like this. He is not gonna do anything big. But I don't think that tour will began until 09.
 
to be honest, i would be quite surprised if he ever toured again.

If Michael doesn't get his butt back on stage, I am going to put a foot in it!

lol I'm joking...partially, anyway.

I want to see him perform again once more I have to!!! I'd sell my kidney to pay for front row tickets! lol
 
He will NEVER do a major tour again..

PERFORM?? YES of course.. He wont perform himself into the grave like James Brown (R.I.P) but he loves it WAY too much to stay away..

He will perform his new album.. He's just being very careful with his next performance, because it could be his most important performance ever.
 
I doubt Michael Jackson will tour... for a few reasons:

1) He has stated that touring is very stressful and he does not like to tour.

2) Usually the record label pressures the artist to tour for album promotion and MJ has NO RECORD LABEL which means MJ has no pressure coming at him to tour.

3) In Ebony he INDICATED that he has no plans to tour and would rather sit back and "enjoy" his success rather then work at an old age.(aka..no motivation to tour)

4) His "new album" has yet to have an actual release date and has no official name, information, song titles, etc meaning that there will be no tour anytime soon.

5) MJ has had various offers for Thriller themed concerts, and has so far not responded.

6) MJ has had a huge Jackson-5 tour proposal and showed no interest.

Based on this, it appears Michael is not interested in working much at this time and thus; no tour. Oh well, I just hope I will be able to see him live one day.
