Fans contacting DA / Atty.Gen. / Governor / President

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

Fans need to realize that they want to buid a stong case so there is no way he will be found innocent....

And I hope this strongest possible case I've been hearing about is not just for IM.

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

Great job guys and keep up the work. We are not going to go away ever and will do whatever it takes until the light is seen.

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

I will write mine tomorrow as it is very late here now. Can we just repost the right email addresses so that everyone knows where to write? (me including, I am unsure about that).

I think this is an excellent idea. Just a suggestion, lets try to keep those emails as professional as possible (even if strongly worded)? We need to make them treat us seriously, or as seriously as they can.
Thanks for the idea again!

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

I received 'Delayed' email notifications for both LAPD & DA emails this morning so perhaps the emails aren't going through.

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.

Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:

contact@lapd.com

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)"

the correct email address is

webmail@da.lacounty.gov

and maybe this one will work?

contact@lapdonline.org

Here is what I wrote:

To Whom It May Concern:

I truly am appalled at the circus-like treatment that you are giving to a very serious crime committed. It doesn't matter that you are dealing with the death and possible murder of a celebrity. What matters is that you are dealing with a serious crime committed and you are making a mockery of the man who was killed and who is believed to have killed him.

This does not look good for the Los Angeles Police Department, City of Los Angeles nor the District Attorney that you are behaving with indecisiveness and lack of integrity concerning the Michael Jackson case. Mr. Jackson has millions upon millions of devoted fans ALL OVER THE WORLD who have followed and are going to follow every single step on how your police department handles this case. Many believe that you are corrupt and don't care about justice since this is Michael Jackson we are talking about and he has been targeted countless times before by government agencies. But just remember, there are going to be millions of people watching everything you do, so I sincerely hope that you do right by justice.

I for one believe Dr. Conrad Murray is a murderer and he deserves to be arrested and handcuffed and pay for what he did. We are all tired of this ping pong game that you are throwing at us about Dr. Murray surrendering or not. I also believe the bail of $25,000 is too low for the crime committed. Dr. Murray killed a man and was unethical in his job.

I am a U.S. citizen and I live in California. I am ashamed at how much my tax dollars have gone to 1) Try to frame an innocent man in 1993 and 2005, and 2) My tax dollars being used inefficiently during this entire Michael Jackson death investigation.

Michael Jackson fans already think that the LAPD is incompetent. If we see more stupidity and mistakes, we might just come down there in person to voice our complaints.

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

Any good investigator would keep their shut because they don't want the defense to be in the dark as long as possible. One of the things that sunk Sneddon's case was the fact he talked too much and gave away the entire case. I would actually prefer them to be silent on the matter than give any head ups to Murray's team.

But, that is just my opinion on the matter.

Sneddon's case was sunk because he didn't have a case.

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

It is a known fact in this country a guilty man can go free. I think it is best to just let the system do its job to the best of its ability. I know we are all anxious but it is because of the news jumping on it.

We have waited this long and I think it will happen tomorrow but I don't see any point in harassing them if they don't until we know why they aren't. Maybe they need to actually read all the documents from the police first before they make an arrest? When the DA gets the case they have to determine the crime they have the evidence for.

But ok...if you all want to rush. Go for it.

Him running his mouth didn't help. He told his entire case before he even got to trial and Mez was ready for everything they threw because he said he was going to do them.

People went to jail with even less evident than what was presented in Senddon's case because the DA put up a a good case.

HARRASSING them? In this country, we still have freedom of expression, and freedom of assembly, and if we fail to utilize that right, then we have indeed lost democracy. It's what keeps the system honest.

This IS a Michael Jackson board. This is just about ENOUGH, and we GET it.

Fans? Go for it!

Hey, its a free country afterall and if you feel that pushing them is the way to go I did say to go for it. I never told you what to do, just gave my opinion and thoughts.

FANS, do it.
You really CAN make a difference. That is what democracy is all about. Yeah, PUSH them.

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

It is a good thing to let them feel the public awareness and the attention on what they will do and what they will not do! I say just keep it polite and urge for justice for Michael intelligently!

I've mailed them also.

Absolutely correct, and thank you.

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

"We'll make bail, we'll plead not guilty and we'll fight like hell," said lead defense attorney Ed Chernoff.

"I told them there was no way in hell I was not going to bail my client out," Chernoff said. "They said forget it, that's our only offer."

that's exactly where these guys are from

WOOOHOOO!

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

Despite those who are trying to discredit the Jacksons, they are Michael's FAMILY. GO, Jacksons! Yeah!

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

I really think we should stop for now. We made our point. Geez, we crashed their mailboxes. They know we are watching. Let's stop for now because I am afraid they might write us off as crazy people and stop paying attention.

Sure, it will work. Power in numbers, and in the truth. Please do not discourage people from exercising their constitutional RIGHT.

Keep going, people. . . .

Thank you.

Re: fans flooded phone lines at DA/LAPD demanding Murray be "handcuffed"

I sent e-mails to the LAPD and the DA and I will do so again on monday if no arrests are made. It does make a difference and it creates an impact. Agreed, we should remain polite and at the same time it doesn't hurt to pressure them in letting them know that the WHOLE WORLD ( I mean, come on, there are a lot of Michael Jackson fans out there) is watching their every move.
We have to keep the faith!
If we all stand as one, justice can be done!

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

I have faith this will work. we fans are figthers and we have always prevailed in our fights for Michael and now this is our BIGGEST fight yet! We must have our voices herd and let them know we are watching and we will NOT stand for this charge.

Re: Emails from Fans to the DA office

I have faith as well, and I am participating in this campaign. I want justice for Michael. I just want people to take us seriously. If you all agree that we should not stop and wait and see what happens on Monday and then continue if necessary, okay then. Let's continue now. I am all for campagning, I am just not sure about its pace....

If this happens AFTER charges are filed, it will be too late. NOW is the time to express opinions. Right NOW. Keep going, please.
