For real! (If it is even true... -_-) ...then what was his alternative as a licensed physician?..to just stand there and watch? Of course not. They make it sound like he put his life on the line or found the cure for Cancer. Also - Sloride is so right - you don't even need a license for that, so his argument makes no sense. SMDH at this lawyer's never ending straw-grasping. :no:

sad but I expected it.

Medical licences hardly gets suspended without a guilty verdict. Until he's convicted the court goes with "innocent until proven guilty".
 
this is a bunch of bullshit,,,how the hell does he not have jurisdiction to suspend it????.....HE should of known that before he heard the case....AGAIN NO JUSTICE

Murray is licensed but does not practice in California. That is why he can't take it
 
Could someone with knowledge about the CA legal system explain how the judge doesn't have jurisdiction to suspend his licence for me?
 
disgusting.....absolutely disgusting...what was the point in the hearing if the judge knew he could not take his license.
 
And with Janet's tweets I think someone has hacked into her account. That's completely out of character for her to do that as its just an official Twitter account that she uses to tout her performances.
