I don't think she ever tells the truth when it comes to anything, thus my saying she skews the truth in things, when not completely lying about them. When it comes to Michael, of course, she knows that soundbytes and downright lies sell, so she'll report on only one side of the story (the prosecution's, in the case of the '05 trial) while completely ignoring the other side (Mez's cross examination of the prosecution completely shatters the allegations' validity) , thus skewing the truth of what went on in the courtroom to suit her purposes.

When it comes to things about Michael which aren't actual coverage, of course, she just downright lies, treating allegations as facts, et cetera. Then, of course, there's the whole Canadian boy incident, which completely backfired and exposed her as what she is. Truly despicable, and a disgrace to journalism as a concept.

See for ur self how desperate Diane can really be! lol Of course she wanted to act like a hero but, she knew damn well she and this story was B.S! Diane clearly did this on purpose!

I truly believe this story was made-up by her and her lovely hard copy producers! Just to keep the fire going on the allegations and to make it seem they were not bias against MJ!

But, let's not forget they paid Blanca Francia for her lies in the 90's!

Blue, that video pissed me off. They wanted to air this. If you are investigating something and it turns out to be a dud, you simply scrap it. You don't build it up with all the drama of the music, clips of Michael, and clips of his property. Shame on all of them. I am so glad I did not look at the TV during that time. Can you even begin to contemplate what that man had to go through, and we wonder why he could not sleep. Do you see how easy it is to malign someone and spoil their reputation.

Now a woman with this type of integrity, what can we expect from her reporting of the trial. I hope all fans find an alternative means to view the trial. Is Hardcopy still on the air?

I also watched the 'The Trials of MJ' a while back- thanks for getting on that camera as well, these stories will outlive the nasty minds and people like you triumph every day over bigoted narrow horizons.

It takes backbone to do that, thanks for showing 'em what backbone looks like!

I agree. You have a very good point. We are insulated here. We forget that there are a lot of people 'out there' who just look at something such as this Fox video and say, yup, must be true cause it's on TV. If it weren't true they couldn't get away with saying it...
never thinking how easy it is to sit there with people who agree with you, each one patting the other on the back and nodding agreement. Probably not an independent thought between the two 'yes' women. But you don't see them getting someone like Aphrodite Jones in their little group. That might challenge them to actually think. If Demond truly had the interview in 1994 to which she alludes, isn't she culpable for not reporting the alleged abuse? Why didn't she break the story then? What did she do with it? Why didn't she tell the woman to report it? These kinds of questions could have been tossed over to Demond by the two painted ladies and her response would have been enlightening, with out a doubt.
How often do we look at something presented on the news and not even question the truth of what we see or hear. Our society is in danger of becoming sheeple, easily herded around by the latest entertaining soundbite. We are losing our ability to think for ourselves, evaluate the facts and draw our own conclusions.

Diane was talking about Jason Francia who the jurors admitted to not believing! When Diane Diamond interviewed his mother Blanca Francia on the show Hard Copy in 94 she never said anything to Diane about MJ molesting her son! So what is she talking about!?

Blanca only talked about her lies about being suspicious about MJ's behavior with her son and other kids, even though she said she saw nothing! But the insinuation was there and that's why Hard Copy interviewed her! Hard Copy Paid Blanca Francia for her story! Which was revealed in the 05 trial!

Blanca was fired in 91 for stealing stuff in Neverland! She never went to the police saying anything about her son being molested! She made it up when the Chandlers filed a civil lawsuit against MJ and when their attorney contacted her to testify in the civil trial! Gee.... I wonder why?!
